Great value for money, right on George Street! The room was very spacious and came with a washing machine and dryer, which was fantastic for the price. **Cleanliness:** The room was very clean, but do keep in mind that as a serviced apartment, it doesn't get daily cleaning. **Facilities:** It has a small kitchen, fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and even dish soap. **Location:** Being on George Street is super convenient. You can easily hop on the 'Ding Ding' tram or just walk to explore. **Service:** The front desk staff were very polite and always greeted me proactively.

Overall, we were very satisfied. The front desk staff were friendly and even gave us a bottle of wine and a card for our anniversary. The room was spacious and bright, with a washing machine and dryer, and all the amenities were excellent. There was also plenty of living room and kitchen space. The location was very close to the railway, with many food options nearby. Although basic cleaning was only provided every four days, it was sufficient. The only drawback was that on our last two nights, we noticed cockroaches crawling out from the drain. I believe they came in because insecticide was placed in the wine, so hopefully, this can be addressed to avoid giving the impression of poor hygiene.

The first day, I was given room 907, an interior room. The shower door had a large gap, so water leaked all over the floor, and the room phone was broken. I went to the front desk to ask for a room change, and thankfully, they moved me the next day. I got an end room, 901, and they said there were no other rooms available. The shower door in 901 still had a big gap, and the floor was soaked after a shower. Oh well, I didn't want to bother them again, so I just dealt with it. Room cleaning is every three days. The location is excellent, though.
