It was the worst experience I have ever had. Although check-in time was 3:00, when we arrived at 3:45, they were unsure if a room was available. After determining that there was one, we discovered that there were industrial fans lining the hallway and the key cards didn’t work. I was informed at the desk that she didn’t know when the fans were to be removed, new key cards were issued that still didn’t work. At that point I asked for my money back and left. I would NOT recommend this Holiday Inn.
