Pretty good hotel for a night stay. Location is good and there are many places to eat around.

I knew when booking rooms here it had a 3 star rating. I also knew it was a cheap price. I got what I paid for. It was a place to lay my head after the day was over. Not a place to hang out at. Key Cards didn't work daily, expect to eat breakfast elsewhere and hearing people talking loud after midnight was common. I did feel safe parking my rental. Everything in the room worked as expected. So, it's a 2 - 3 star for the most part.

Check in was ok room basic but ok clean sheets comfy bed only stayed two nights breakfast was a go breakfast so a granola bar a pastry fruit and bottle of water ihop 100yrds up the road though car parking was free and plenty of space overall a good experience

The place looks nice, but the elevator reeks of urine, outside the elevator very dirty and many flies, the hair dryer is broken the carpet meeds shampoo.

The heater worked well. The entire property is in major disrepair. Inside the room (s); furniture stained and chipped. The stairwells, walk ways and elevator. Ice machine broken and filthy. Vending machine totally empty and dirty. The staff on duty during my stay were very dismissive and refused to display common customer service practices. I was charged more than my ******* 'points' earned me. Maid service had to be requested.

You know what you're getting when you book the cheapest motel in the area. Like any other cheap motel, the blankets are stained and ripped, there's gum on the floor of the bathroom, and all of the furniture is heavily damaged here. That's expected. But this motel takes it to another level. I booked a "non-smoking" room which reeked of smoke. When I asked the front desk, they told me "sometimes people smoke in those rooms anyways." They gave me no compensation or offer to switch to another room. The worst offense is that 3 days after I left, they charged my credit card twice without informing me. When I finally got them on the phone, they told me it was for "damages." That is beyond rude since the place was so damaged when I arrived, and I definitely did not damage anything in the room. They refused to give me any breakdown on their expenses to fix these damages or even tell me what the so-called "damages" are. If you're coming here, BEWARE, the price you see online won't be the price you pay

No breakfast. The first room they gave me had a door that doesn't lock. How is that evrn legal?
