We stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was very nice with a large bathroom. Bed was a bit hard and quilt heavy for a warm night but apart from that it was fine. Lovely meal in the Mulberry restaurant and excellent breakfast. Would recommend.

Wow first seen in monthly golf magazine as one of the top 100 courses. It did not stop giving from the 7th par 3 over the lake to lots of wide fairways and lovely consistent greens , a real hidden gem , green keepers have done a lovely job keeping this course in lovely condition , very reasonable to play , pro shop staff were lovely , and very helpful, bar is well stocked food lovely

Unfortunately the hotel website paints a more glowing picture of the hotel and food than reality, although it does clearly state it is a 3 star hotel, which is where we went wrong. However when we decided to cancel our second night booked following a very poor breakfast, the hotel were very good in dealing with it and asks the reasons and we only paid for the one night , so credit there....

My wife took me to No.82 restaurant for my birthday, it is a superb setting overlooking the golf course and panoramic views of the coast being on the top floor it offers a wonderful setting and adds to the experience. The meal was great and it was a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Also the waitress was kind and attentive and I plan to go again with my son and his wife soon. After the meal we went to the hotel bar and again a very relaxed setting overlooking the garden.

We booked a night away to include a 3 course evening meal, breakfast and a round of golf. In August this was £290, Friendly welcome on arrival. Check in is at 15.00. We knew this and planned to walk into Hunstanton. It would have been nice to have sat on the hotel patio, overlooking the course but the hotel bar does not open until 17.30 so we had to go the the Clubhouse. We had a steak sandwich which was very nice. In our opinion the hotel patio is more comfortable, not somopen to the elements as the clubhouse. Our room was in the annexe and on the top floor. There is no air con but a blind to stop the sun coming in and an oscillating tower fan which was needed. The room did cool down as the sun set. The bathroom had good quality toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion along with tea/ coffee making facilities. The bed was large and comfortable. Our evening meal was very nice, choosing from a decent selection of courses. We opted for prawn cocktails, cod and pork belly. Desserts, cheese and biscuits and Elton mess. Breakfast was a little disappointing, we were fairly squashed into the Drawing Room as the restaurant was full. It is self service for beverages, toast, cereals, fruit salad, yogurt and your hot order is taken and delivered to the table. I had two poached eggs on toast, the toast was rock hard as it was cold and the eggs not particularly warm. My husband had a sausage sandwich and again the sausages were lukewarm. After having such a nice evening meal it was a shame breakfast was not of the same high standard Perhaps you could ask the housekeeping team not to have their walkie talkies on full volume. The linen cupboard was next to our door and we could hear their conversations, even when i looked out of our door to see what the noise was, the chap there let the conversation carry on. This was around 9pm. We didn’t use the Wellness area but I had a look round it’s newly opened. I have rated our stay as excellent as we had a great time.

You approach Heacham Manor Hotel via a sweeping drive surrounding by gorgeous grounds with golf course, also containing a lovely pond where a family of ducks were paddling away happily. Plenty of parking, a warm welcome and quick and friendly check in. Room was spacious, spotless and had a nice array of water, hot drinks and biscuits. A bonus was to step straight over to their relaxation area, fluffy robes, gorgeous jacuzzi, steam and sauna followed by rain shower, bliss. Lots to do locally as well as golf, pavilion cafe and bars on site so could chose relaxation or being more active what ever suited your needs. What a special place to stay definitely intend to return but for longer next time.

Stayed at this lovely hotel to celebrate my partner’s birthday. From the moment we arrived until the time of departure we found all staff to be polite, friendly, and professional. On our first night when we arrived for a meal in No.82 we were told the chef was about to leave. However, after a quick call, Layla informed us that the chef would stay and we were able to enjoy a lovely evening with great service. Although the spa is small, it is clean, and inviting. As we were the only ones in there, Joe made it personal for us as he streamed music of our choice into the gym. Charles, the manager, was present in all areas of the hotel throughout our visit. He showed a genuine interest in his staff and the guests, and even made time to talk to us. Of course, the highlight of the weekend for my partner was the golf course. He enjoyed the 18-holes while I enjoyed relaxing in the spacious bedroom, then met him at the ‘19th hole’ in the Pavillion restaurant. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and looking forward to staying again.

From the minute we made the booking, the staff at Heacham could not be more helpful. We had 24 in our party in a nix of single and double occupancy The management took our beers/wines and kept them chilled until we checked in. They even unloaded the drinks and stocked our cottage fridge Absolutely brilliant The food was very acceptable and enjoyed by the whole group. The golf course was challenging but enjoyed by the whole group We will be making another booking for Heacham .and can highly recommend this little diamond of a golfing retreat.
