I have stayed at Atour many times, and this is the worst one I have ever stayed at. The room type is super bad and ridiculously small. The bathroom leaks and the slippers are all soaked. It is really a bad experience. The worst time at Atour.

The service is really good. I called the hotel in advance to check my needs when I flew in the middle of the night. However, the room facing the road was a little noisy at night, which was acceptable. I stayed for three days. The waiter was very prompt in renewing my stay. When I was waiting for the bus downstairs, the front desk would hand over hot water. Hefei is very warm at 0 degrees, and the breakfast is very rich. It is open until 11 o'clock, which is very suitable for the requirements of lazy bed stars. Overall, I am very satisfied. I have not been dissatisfied due to any aspect during my three-day stay. The room is very tidy, with large windows to see the city view. The location is also good. It is not far from several internet celebrity check-in spots. There is fellow chicken downstairs (it is said that you must eat fellow chicken when you come to Hefei hahaha).

If you stay at the concert, you can ride a shared bicycle or walk to the venue. After the concert, you can walk back if there are many people. The room is quite large and comfortable, and the service is friendly. I even called and sent it back if I left something behind after checking out. I will choose it again next time I come to Hefei Sports Center to watch a show.

為了看演唱會來住的，入住體驗非常好，房間很大很乾凈，倆個獨立套間，而且可以從房間看到場館，晚上結束之後可以直接走回酒店，甚至比打車回去都快，差不多距離場館兩公里左右

我是提前幾天預訂的、已交費、入住時間説兩點後、我開一天車到了不能入住、讓我等着打掃、我也理解等、打掃告訴我半小時，我問打掃之後不消毒嗎，前面人剛走、前台説一起半個小時、但是遲遲不能入住、我又催前台説上一個客人是會員、有四點退房，六點退房甚至更晚、這太氣人了誰不是會員呢、我要是沒交錢你這樣我可以理解、我既然交錢了就不應該這樣、我來了你起碼讓我入住啊、我進不去就算了你還給我説會員、你會員十點走我等着十點走了你打掃好了我再去？後來通過攜程終於可以進去了、搞到五點、衞生我都懷疑沒做什麼、毛髮、臟渣子、地面濕漉漉還有味道、酒店經理毫無做為、我問怎麼處理就説送你早餐卷、其他就不理你了、太差勁了、亞朵酒店還是分很多種的、訂的時候還是要仔細看看、

退房前坐在凳子上穿鞋，凳子突然塌了半邊，腳後跟蹭破了……前一天睡在床上，牆皮掉在身旁，已經是換了一個房間的情況下，酒店還出現這樣的情況，能不能定期檢查檢查房間設施啊，打電話給前台來處理，説再續一晚房給優惠或者下次來住？？？本來就是來出差的今天退房走了，怎麼可能再住一晚，要麼就是帶去附近診所處理……退房費這種事情對他們來説就是完全不可能😓也不想為難酒店前台工作人員，我還急着趕高鐵，酒店送了點補償的小禮品......處理的結果就是沒有結果，自己受着……

聽演唱會，定了亞朵。出門打車非常方便，很絲滑。房間很安靜，小冰箱提供的免費飲料竟然是我喜歡的東方樹葉，太讚了。早餐品種不多，但也還行。

來看演唱會的，酒店很貼心還準備了扇子，離場館比較近，可以騎車可以走路，方便演唱會結束難打車

衛生好，最重要是離演唱會場地算近，但床對我來說稍微有點硬，每天補充茶飲很贊！工作人員很有禮，但送外賣上樓的速度比較慢
