晚上到了是最後一間房，住在五樓電梯旁邊，被告知是最後一間無法調換。緊挨電梯，衹要有人上下電梯電梯就會發出聲音，第二天要考試基本一夜沒睡。如果商家明知這間房沒辦法住人那為什麼還要拿出來預訂呢？不能在空房數上減去一間嗎？衹是把房間預訂出去告訴最後一個倒黴蛋這間房是最後一間實在沒辦法換，讓你諒解他，把成本轉嫁給消費者，極其不負責任！
