新開的酒店，設施都齊全。前台黃靜服務態度很好，房間乾淨整潔。隔音也不錯。床品很舒服，有機器人幫忙取外賣送至房間，很方便。

非常好的一次住宿體驗，酒店整體非常乾淨整潔，尤其是床品非常舒服，床墊應該也是乳膠墊，工作人員Rose也非常熱情禮貌，有問題響應都很及時。

衞生：挺乾淨的
環境：位置比較偏，周圍什麼也沒有
服務：這個很差，尤其是夜間辦理入住的服務員，另外早上6點不到打電話到房間説是讓退房到前台拿一下歡迎水果，先不説凌晨1點才辦理的入住你早上6點打電話到房間，這是故意的嗎？哪個酒店早上6點會給客户打房間電話！！！！瘋了嗎？酒店服務SOP是這麼培訓的嗎？

訂的時候升了房，不滿意又換了。
前台很耐心，看我帶個娃，調了個親子房，很滿意。保潔大姐也很熱心。期間去了25空中花園，5層健身房啥的，還不錯。下次有機會還去玩。
