I found hair on my bed and floor, staff immediately offered me upgrades and checked my new room before I entered.

The location is in the heart of the old city area. Everything is at walking distance and within 100 mts has a beautiful riverwalk.

Delightful hotel well located in one of the main areas of Hefei, close to Hefei train station. The hotel is situated next to a long canal which was recently renovated and you can enjoy long walks; it’s also close to several parks and Huaihe Road commercial street with many big shopping roads, Starbucks etc. also less than 10 minutes walk to the metro system. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and have decent level of English service. Hotel is very clean and meets the Crowne Plaza standard. Large and fully equipped gym plus and 25 meter pool with four lanes is perfect for workouts. The breakfast buffet offers the classic Western food and some tasty local Anhui delicacies such as Huainan Beeft Noodles, meatballs, dumplings etc. Will definitely stay here again for business trips.

This hotel is great. I love the fact the staff are so friendly and kind. Specially asst.manager Joanna Zhai. She was really helpful during our stay at the hotel. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.

This hotel is very confortable, the gym is very good and big and the pool even little busy was always clean. The room was big and the bed soft, and the cleaning room incredible service. The only small issue is that the hotel staff should have more than one member to speak english.

周边游 有公园 resort and parklands, walk distance to tourist spots. Breakfast is premium quality with excellent western foods. Will definitely recommended.

The location is very good, just north of Xiaoyaojin Park, less than one kilometer away from Huaihe Pedestrian Street, a quiet place in a busy city. Although it is a 2015 hotel, the facilities are newer than expected. The noodles for breakfast are good, but children need to pay extra for meals, which is a bit ungenerous. There are not many parking spaces in the parking lot, and parking is a bit tight during holidays. Friends who travel by car should pay attention to check in early. In general, this hotel has a good price-performance ratio and is not far from the pedestrian street. It is worth staying.

The room was decent, but there was no air conditioning. I asked the front desk, and they said the equipment in the entire building was under maintenance and the air conditioning could not be used. There was an exhaust fan outlet above the toilet in the bathroom, but it did not have exhaust fan function. Because it was already night when we checked in and we had children with us, we did not bother with it. However, it was really stuffy without air conditioning, and the experience was not very good. The hotel has very few breakfast varieties, and it does not feel worth the extra money.
