The hotel is located very close to swan lake. The surrounding area is very nice. The staff members are very attentive. There breakfast buffet is a must. We had a great time.

My mother and I enjoyed a wonderful six-night stay at Swan Lake Hotel. Our room had a breathtaking lake view and the hotel was close to two major shopping malls and a park. Customer service, particularly from Ms. Iris, was exceptional . She went above and beyond to assist my mother in locating a nearby pharmacy for essential medication and even managed to secure an extra night's stay for us despite the bustling events at the hotel. Moreover, she promptly contacted us about our forgotten items upon checkout. The breakfast buffet was delightful, and the daily complimentary snacks and toy were a nice touch. Highly recommend Swan Lake Hotel!'

Well, otel is old or not taken care well. I had AC problem and couldn’t be addressed. Language barrier is a big issue, tried to communicate with technician and receptionist via google translator , however that wasn’t very successful. Hotel staff is very friendly, breakfast choice is big, many dishes. Other than my AC problem, hotel was good!!

Classic business-style hotel on the northern side of Swan Lake. Suitable for weekend trips, convenient location to discover Hefei's modern side by foot. Fast, friendly and experienced service. German-style restaurant downstairs. Good Chinese-International mixed breakfast buffet. Spacious guest parking outside the building.

The room is quite spacious and clean and tidy overall. The equipment is a bit old, but the view is great. The service is quite friendly. The transportation is quite convenient. There are two subway stations nearby, next to Swan Lake.

When I checked in and opened the door of the room, the air conditioner was already turned on, and disposable bathtub bags were prepared, etc. Very thoughtful services. Next time we go to Hefei, we will still choose Swan Lake Hotel as our first choice.

I stayed at this hotel to watch Hua Chenyu's concert. The room was high and comfortable, the slippers were thick, the water was strong, and there was a slight fishy smell, but it should be caused by the geographical environment and had nothing to do with the hotel. The front desk service was very good, the lake view was beautiful, and I didn't expect to see the venue hhhh. (If Hua Chenyu comes to Hefei again next time, I will book this hotel againww
