房間面積不是很大，但價格還算便宜 距離地鐵站很近，走路一分鐘就到，周圍超市餐飲很多，建議窗户裝個紗窗這樣開窗户不會進蚊子，還有就是空調過濾網灰塵太多，建議定期清洗。總體來説性價比還可以。
