Atour Hotel（Hefei USTC Huang Shan road） Reviews

I've recently stayed at this beautiful hotel it was my first time in Hefei, and even though I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese there was no issue thanks to the amazing staff there. They were very patient while using translation apps to communicate with and they took really good care of me. They even helped with many personal issues and showed me the way around the town. I felt very welcomed and safe with them. They even personally drove me to the airport to get my lost luggage. I want to mention especially 苡荷, one of the receptionists there, she made sure that I didn't skip my meals and that I'm comfortable and she was really friendly with me, I felt really at ease. And no matter how many personal requests I made she never hesitated to offer help and to solve all my problems. I had an amazing experience at Atour hotel, it's very clean, very comfortable and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back there in the future. If anyone is thinking about where to stay in Hefei this is the perfect place. You will never feel homesick! I felt at home at this incredible hotel!

It’s a nice place to stay, convenient, calm, and clean. Front desk staff is active.

Friendly service, very comfortable beds and pillows, clean. Great location, particularly if you’ve got things to do at USTC. Generally quiet, though you’ll likely hear room doors opening and closing from the corridor as the walls seem to be a bit thin. If I go back to Hefei, I’d stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the University of Science and Technology of China. The breakfast is very good, the room has an unbeatable view and is quite spacious. The water temperature is also good and the room is very clean. The key point is that the front desk service is very good, and there is also a lot of love here, allowing passers-by to come in and take shelter from the wind and rain. Overall very good.

The front desk service is very good. It is just opposite the Central Campus of USTC, overlooking the East, Central and West Campuses of USTC. Next to it is the North Campus of USTC (which looks like an old staff dormitory).

The room is simple and clean. Electric curtains can be switched between light and dark. The hotel service is very good, very polite, courteous to guests, and warm greetings.

The hotel did not meet expectations. First of all, it was false advertising. The introduction page clearly stated that there was a mini bar, but the front desk customer service said that all business rooms did not have it. In addition, after checking in, the remote control was covered with dust, the room safety lock was broken and it was completely for display, the toilet shower was full of black flies, the washbasin design was unreasonable, and water accumulated on the washbasin when washing hands, the breakfast got cold very quickly, and basically everything was cold. The restaurant was also very cold, even worse than some slightly better all-season hotels. It was really cost-effective. Fortunately, the room was relatively quiet and the front desk had a good attitude.

The price is ¥209 yuan. I bought a pair. I was charged 453 yuan. Why? This is the first time I have encountered it in my life.
