Very professional and friendly hotel personnel, I had a shower head problem and Hotel tech arrived in a min, replace it in the blink of an eye. I felt welcome safe and take good care of. The Leonardo at Heidelberg-Walldorf was a wonderful find in a pleasant location. (It’s the one on Roter Str., not the one nearer Heidelberg.) It has everything you need for a weekend stay or for FRA airport (90 mins away). You do need a car to get there but parking is free. The rooms are large and have a small fridge, a safe and air-conditioning. There’s a TV with many international channels. The wi-fi is good. I found the bed very comfortable. In summer there’s an outdoor pool, which has a shallow end and is very suitable for children. There’s also an indoor pool, which is 1.5m deep and has no shallow end. Children need to be closely supervised there. Near the indoor pool is a sauna. There’s a bar, which isn’t always open because of the lack of local staff. However, the restaurant will serve drinks. The staff in the restaurant are wonderful, especially the host and hostess, who take great care to make sure that all the customers are well served. Since the restaurant is very popular, dinner reservations are essential. Breakfast is also essential. I really can’t think of anything that this hotel lacks for a nice relaxed stay.

The hotel was easy to reach from the Autobahn and there is enough parking space by the hotel. The parking is free and the rooms are nice, modern and big enough. The breakfast is OK and enough variety. We booked a second night, the staff is very nice and helpful. There is a tram nearby to get into town. We walked wich was a nice walk but far - therefor the old town is spread out a long woy. We took a ”lime scooter” back to the hotel - wich was fun - there a plenty room on the bikepathes. The hotel is nice and quited and the beds where good there I would recommend it. There is 24 hours check-in available.

We stayed here before, so it seemed a good idea to return. Rooms are okay, what you might expect from a four star hotel. A plus is definitely their car park underneath the hotel. So far, so good. However, breakfast is a bit poor. The offer is somewhat limited (for instance no croissants), the refilling of products was insufficient (we had to ask twice for new cheese).

The hotel is located near the motorway, which is why we have chosen the hotel for a night after a long drive. We did not take breakfast, for €16 per person we preferred to get something from the nearby baker. (We can only recommend it warmly!..;))
To the room: The room itself is a little older, especially the bath could once be able to rehabilitate. However, the bed is comfortable so we could get some recovery after the long drive.

The hotel pretty far from Bahnhof but if you not hurry or your destination are in the city it's ok. When I arrived, there were many people waiting to check in. Got a room a little late I have to wait 15-20 minutes to get a key card. (Unfortunately the hotel bar was not open at that time. Otherwise I will have a seat to chill and wait.)
The room :: I really like the room, everything like in the picture, So stylish, comfy and clean. Just the AC it was not cool at night.

We traveled by train so this hotel was perfect, very short walk from the main station, maybe 150 feet. We did not know check in was 3:00 so paid 15€ to check in early taking a lesser room for the same price. IBIS allows early check in / late checkout for a 90€ annual fee. Breakfast was basic so we skipped that. Unfortunately McDonalds next door closed about 4 months earlier. As for lunch, the Thai restaurant (Asia Box) in the main station was very good and there is a grocery store in the station too. Our room on the 1st floor was small but clean with 2 beds. The bathroom was very small but this is the only room we saw. Street noise was minimal. Train, tram and bus lines converge here so you cant beat the location. I suspect they have parking for a fee but because we arrived by train, I am not sure.

It has to be noted that staff at reception were friendly and trying very hard. However, even though having begged for a quiet room I find myself in the second try of room which is still terribly noisy right next to construction site with ongoing noise even past midnight. I have an important work meeting tomorrow and am unable to get sleep due to the terrible racket outside I have called reception numerous times. However they say after the second room they’ve given to me which was as noisy as the first one. Apparently they have no option of more quiet room even though I offered to pay whatever money to get an upgrade. I am even contemplating moving Hotels in the middle of the night, as I said staff were friendly and I asked them about the other side of the hotel. However, that one would be facing the train station. Apparently that’s even more noisy and also gives you vibrations so if you can choose a different hotel rather walk further to the train station, but what’s the use of spending money for a hotel where you get no sleep

DDoorOneRight at the foot of the mountain, easy to go to attractions. The yard has very good facilities, with a kitchen, and snacks such as milk and cereals, all for free. The bathroom environment is good, and the common room is also good. You can wash clothes, in short, it is very good, Heidelberg is also very beautiful and worth a visit!

GGuest UserThis is an old-school European hotel that has been run by the same family for years. In fact, they were walking around breakfast greeting guests who had been coming for years. Although the furnishings are more old-school the service is top notch. The front desk, bellman, servers - everyone was extremely helpful and cheerful. It was a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of the town and our room was quite comfortable - the sitting area was nice to have so we could relax a bit before dinner. Breakfast was a great buffet with fresh squeezed juices and cheeses, meats, eggs, pastries and yoghurts.

We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.

GGuest UserGreat and central location. Unfortunately (probably due to a switch) the tram is exceptionally present when it passes. We had a deluxe room, which was really exceptionally beautiful and tastefully decorated. Everything very clean. Great bed and linens and blanket. The bathroom also very stylish and even with (very getting used to) toilet shower - but is only a can and not a must. Only the shower wall is a total failure. Doesn't close at all on the side because it's not fitted properly and there's no seal at the bottom. As a result, everything gets wet all around very quickly. All in all, an incredibly beautiful room, which we can only recommend. Also the staff and the owner? were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the breakfast. There are no private parking spaces, but there are two public parking garages very close by.

GGuest UserWe visited Heidelberg in juni 2022, and was originally only booked in at Qube hotel for 2 nights. As our travels to Heidelberg went alot smoother than expected, we called the hotel to see if we could book an extra night, so we had longer time to explore the City of Heidelberg. The guy i spoke to in the phone was very friendly and helpful, and spoke perfect english. He made a reservation for an extra night, in the same room as the following night. Check-in went smoothly, and the room was just perfect! As it was really hot when we visited Heidelbeg (+ 30 *C), we really appriciated the arcondition and the possibility to open af window. The room was very spacious, and so was the Bathroom. i think it is the first hotel i have stayed at, were it was possible to open the Bathroom window, which was really nice. We did not eat any meals at the hotel, but we visited the Bar a couple of times, and had the most fabulous cocktails. The Bartender( bar mamager) was very friendly! We had most of our cocktails at the Rooftop bar, and it was just perfect! Bahnstedt is a very unique area, and we enjoyed staying here. We would hihgly recommend this hotel for other guests.

GGuest UserTop parking access and great location. Within a few minutes from the tram. Hotel wise the bedrooms are confortable, clean and specious enough. Bathroom comes with the regular amenities and even more (earplugs for example). Breakfast is in point, great choice of sweet and savory. Bar serves great cocktails and the atmosphere feels pretty cozy!

The room is more spacious. Compared with the hotels in Frankfurt, the heating in the room is sufficient. The front desk of the hotel has bread and coffee every day, which can be taken for free. The croissants are delicious;
The hotel breakfast is 10EUR/person, which is not suitable for the Chinese stomach and the variety is barren; there is a dining cart on the road in front of the hotel, and the roasted chicken legs are not bad, 2 euros apiece.

GGuest UserThis hotel is in an historic building. The ceilings are high and our room was a deluxe double and very spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of foods--from fresh baked bread, to make your own waffles, to cheeses, eggs and other foods. The staff at the buffet was very helpful and lovely. The hotel is well located just a few blocks from the Alstadt (old city) and it was easy to walk everywhere from there. It's also right next to the bus/tram station. However, a few things you need to know before you book this hotel. 1) The reception desk is only staffed until early evening. 2) Housekeeping is sporadic. We were there for 6 nights and the room was only cleaned once. 3) There is no air conditioning. We had a fan in the room and opened the windows and it was bearable at night, but not super cool. On a very hot day or night this could really be an issue. 4) With the windows open, it is really noisy, particularly because the bus and tram station is right across the street. 5) There is no shampoo or conditioner provided--only hand soap at the sink and body soap in the shower. However, there's a drug store across the street where you can get what you need. 6) There are small sets of stairs that you may have to go up and down on the floor where the rooms are. If you have mobility issues, try to ask about this when you book so that you get a room where this won't be an issue. We had a very nice stay, but those are things I would have liked to know before I booked, so I thought I'd include them in a review.

DDuesseldorf110The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Heidelberg main station. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport. The hotel is old, but looks neat and clean. Unfortunately, all data already stored online had to be entered again at check-in. I wouldn't go back as it's too far from downtown for me.
