Ich habe 2 Gäste nach Heidelberg eingeladen und dieses Hotel gebucht, weil der Preis gut war.
Auffällig war, dass das direkte Umfeld des Hotels noch in Baustelle ist. Es war schwierig, einen Kurzzeitparklatz zu finden. Mit einem sehr entgegenkommenden Service konnte das Problem schnell gelöst werden.
Meine Gäste waren zufrieden.

Beim Austritt aus dem Fahrstuhl in den Flur ist die Richtungsangabe der Zimmer um ca.1m versetzt. Im Zimmer unter der Bettdecke lag ein ca. 30cm langes Haar und unter der Clobrille befand sich ein brauner Spritzer. Am Frühstücksbuffett war der Getränke-Automat für Orangensaft nicht nutzbar, hier hätte man Orangensaft in Flaschen hinstellen können. Die Butter war so hart, daß sie nicht streichbar war. Am Besteckkasten auf dem Tisch hing rote Marmelade, die mindestens noch vom Vortag war, da wir bereits um 6.15 Uhr gefrühstückt haben.

Possibly the cleanest hotel I have ever been in! Wonderful service, great buffet breakfast and the rooms were spacious. Great shower, comfy bed and chromecast available on the tv. Heaps of options for public transport into the city centre being across the road from the bus and tram station. Highly recommend for friend travel and also for families,
