The hotel staff is incredibly helpful. I arrived really early on my check-in date and they were happy to let me in my room. Then I had a medical emergency while staying there and they helped with everything. Plus the room is a really good value for the price.

Location was one block from train station, one block from metro and a grocery store. Elevator was a very small.

Very quiet, good hygiene, but no electric kettle in the house is inconvenient.

夜間九點就沒有前台了 火車晚點到了晚折騰了一段時間才搞定鑰匙的問題 攜程幫忙解決的 不過這種code我覺得以後可以提早發一下 避免大半夜在外進不去 離車站近

I missed waterglzer in der badezimmer I missed kaffe und the auf der zimmer Zu wenig information uber undere parkplatz und aug keine zeundug fur anvang. der badezimmer waar sehr net lokatie in der nehe von zentrum Man kan der wagen aufladen is ein plus Es reicht fur was wir wollen aber es stimt nicht mit der erwartung.

Elevator was broken,so you are carrying your luggage up long flights of stairs. There was a man in the lobby who was a bit to much.... asking questions about us in German,which I understand. Telling his daughter to just shrug her shoulders.Breakfast was lovely. Place is very worn down, thread bare, but safe. You are not allowed in without a key.

The staff was very accommodating and the hotel was nice and safe. Price was great and close to the *****. Will definitely stay here again.

Close to the train station, not too far from the old town, cute clean room. Perfect hotel for my last night in Germany.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, convenient gated parking area next to the hotel. Quite neighborhood near the train station.
