The lake view room is fantastic. Unfortunately no balcony. Breakfast is excellent. Nice swimming pool and Sonna area. Friendly staff. Large room. Baking 5 franc per day. Dinner was very good.

Das Hotel Heiden müssen wir fast weiterempfehlen, weil es nahe am perfekten Hotel ist. Wir haben eine Tavolata gebucht (mit einem Gourmet-Erlebnis von «Alten Kühen der Hinterhofmetzgerei in Staad). Es war eines der Erlebnisse, welches man hoffentlich nicht nur einmal im leben erfahren darf. Zusammen mit den Weinen von Rutishauser aus Staad, war das ein unfassbares kulinarisches Highlight. Das Hotel selbst hat seine 4 Sterne mehr als verdient. Es sind eher 4.75*smile. Schon das Buchen und der Check-in-Prozess ist sehr professionell. Der Empfang mehr als herzlich und der Empfangsbereich eine Wucht. Einfach grosszügig, man hat Platz im Hotel Heiden. Diem Zimmer sind ultrasauber und gemütlich. Der Wellnessbereich macht einem schon beim Anschauen gesund und der Blick auf den Bodensee, nachdem sich der Nebel gelichtet hat, sucht seinesgleichen vergeblich. Meine Frau und ich waren auch Mal Hoteliers und wenn wir wieder ein Hotel machen würden, müsste es genau so sein. Auch das Konzept der Regionalität überzeugt gar beim Frühstücksbuffet. Wir kommen wieder!

Bahnhof schnell zu Fuß erreichbar - Schöne Aussicht auf d. Bodensee - schöner Wellnessbereich - Personal überwiegend freundlich,
weniger gut: Außenliegen zu niedrig unbequem,
waren mit 3 Personen gemeldet, jedoch nur 2 Gedecke am Frühstückstisch (bei allen 3 Übernachtungen)

Ce catalogué 4 étoiles à taille familiale est à considérer comme un 4****Sup à tout le moins ! Une des plus complètes infrastructures de spa que nous ayons pu rencontrer en Allemagne. Certes un prix élevé mais c'est justifié.

Sehr schönes Hotel und super Umgebung, um zu wandern, die Aussicht zu geniessen, etc.
Beim Reataurantservice mussten wir sehr lange warten, bis wir bedient wurden. Wir hatten aber keinen Stress und das gibts halt mal.
Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
