This hotel is booked on business trips, breakfast eggs + bacon, fruit salad, drinks with milk and a variety of juices. Then there are all kinds of bread, but when I went there, several flies were flying, and I told the front desk that a young man said that he was leaving soon. It's no use telling him. . . . There is a McDonald's opposite, and the itinerary is too tight to arrange. There is also a warehouse in JD.com nearby. Some companies in the domestic electric car industry chain are also expanding international business here. There is one in the corridor. It should be a tourist season now, and it may be cost-effective, and there are a few days of full booking. There are 39 rooms on each floor, a total of four floors.

Just had a drink and pre dinner snack. Ordered a small borrel snack of charcuterie with cheese nuts and olives. It was a generous portion between us filling enough to not need much dinner when we arrived home in Lent. Friendly attentive personnel and plenty of them. We sat with our dog on the terrace which overlooks a luscious green field. We felt very welcome.

Hotel is isolated in a forests area and is a very nice hotel. Room standard was excellent and we’re looking forward to a good stay. However what developed was so disappointing. Hotel receptionist was abrupt and very customer unfriendly. We tried to order room service and were told abruptly it was not available despite being advertised. I managed to persuade someone to deliver our food by asking a member of staff directly. Food was of good quality but not what we ordered Worst aspect was the air conditioning unit automatically coming on every four hours at full blast and loud noise. It woke us at 11pm, 3pm and 7am and I tried to get it to turn off using the remote which had no instructions. We asked the manager to ensure it was completely stitched off the next night which he said he would. Inevitably it came on again the next night at the same times. When we complained no one cared at all and it is obviously this hotel has no one who understands their own aircon system. We paid for an executive suite yet received truly awful customer service and two bad nights sleep. Such a shame that a good hotel with good rooms destroyed our stay with bad attitudes and uncontrolled equipment. I won’t be back and suggest you avoid

We booked a room with our little child to spend two days in the nearby Park Ireland. Until check-in, I had only received a booking confirmation with booking number and QR code (my experience after check-in). In the evening against 19Uhr we were now standing closed with a tired little child - from a code for the key cash box was nothing on the Internet site or in the mail (According to the Internet site, the reception was occupied weekdays up to 22Uhr). I called at the hotline, here I was 2x over a total of 10min in the waiting line and was thrown out of the line twice. Other guests inside have left us in the lobby and continued to get us the nice staff on the phone (after receiving a card via the telephone of the reception via the partner hotel). We should be encoded through the hotline one of the cards on the extraordinary treasure, which did not work so we stood closed to the room door. So with the baby now, overtook the telephone again to the lobby and more minutes in the waiting chain. After the staff had encoded the card again, we could also send the listener directly to the next guests who were closed to the door and also did not know what they should do. After more than 45Minuten we finally could go to the room. 2 stars there are only for breakfast at the adjacent restaurant - here you were very struggling and it was very delicious. What is this for an organization and for which service is here paid over €130 per night? The hotel did not have a feedback on my complaint, but the cancellation was only 30Minuten after the telephone check-out, as the reception was not occupied even in the morning.

ZERO focus on service - it is all about squeezing every last penny out of visitors. Housekeeping refuse to change the towels - they ask for EXTRA MONEY to change towels. The rooms are €250 per night, but they only replace your towels for an extra fee. Greed hit a new low. They provide two old, thin, very very small, extremely poor quality towels for your entire stay. You’ll get better respect and service at a basic 2-star hotel. The condition of the room was also very poor. Damp/mould visible in the bathtub and the TV remote had old, stale food all over it. Bed linen torn, cheap and old. (See pictures) 🤢 This place needs to reevaluate how it operates and remember what service means. Everything they do is about squeezing that extra euro out of you.

The Hotel Van der Valk Nijmegen-Lent is quite simply outstanding! We travelled from Wales, UK, and this is the sixth year that we have stayed at the hotel during the period of the Vierdaagse 4-day Nijmegen Marches (second to third week of July). The hotel offers first class accommodation and service. The restaurant and bar are spacious and comfortable, and offer an excellent service and wide selection of food and drinks throughout the day and evening. Decor throughout is elegant. The hotel is located close to the city and is easily accessible by road and rail. It has a large integral multi-storey car park with free parking, and covered, direct and easy access to the hotel. It lies adjacent to the Nijmegen-Lent railway station, with frequent trains and a four minute journey into the central station and city of Nijmegen. We run out of superlatives in praise of the hotel staff! From Marije the Director and Marijn the Marketing and Communications Manager, to the reception, restaurant, Lola’s Bar and housekeeping staff, who are all just wonderful, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Communications throughout the booking, main stay and departure process were efficient and well coordinated. In our experience as international travellers of many years, the staff offer a wonderful, warm and personalised touch to your stay and are a credit to the hotel and the wider Van der Valk group. Had a lovely stay here in September with my mum and my daughter. We visited as a family to visit the war grave of my mum’s uncle. We arrived quite late in the evening as dinner was closing but the hotel ensured we got a meal. We ate in the hotel for 2 of our 3 night stay and the food was lovely and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and attentive. We had two rooms and both were spacious and well decorated with lovely en suites. The hotel is ideally placed on the Main Street in Elst. We had a lovely stay, and would return.
