Das Zimmer welches ich bekommen habe, ist ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich ist extrem fleckig, das Licht was über die Fenster rein kommt geht nicht abzudunkeln. Das Buffet ist sehr überschaubar und wirklich kein Highlight, weder geschmacklich noch von der Anrichtung. Die Massage war nicht schön- es wurde gefühlt die Hälfte der Zeit meine Schulterblätter punktuell bearbeitet, ansonsten noch 3 weitere Bewehrungen ständig wiederholt. Keine Ahnung was das mit einer Rückenmassage zutun hat. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

positiv: - großes geräumiges Zimmer, schöne Aussicht, gutes Frühstück, freundliche Mitarbeiter, Bademantelgang zur Therme, ausreichend Parkplätze, wochentags gute kostenlose Busanbindung in die Stadt - die Haltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel negativ: - gestörter TV-Empfang mehrerer Sender u.a. RTL - ständige TV Unterbrechung durch Fehlermeldung "kein CI-Modul", es konnte keine Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Ein ganz klarer Mangel. - kein direkter Blick vom Bett oder den Sitzmöbeln auf den Fernseher - undichte Fenster, so daß sich sogar die Gardine bewegte und Aussengeräusche deutlich wahrnehmbar waren. Energie sparen geht anders! Dann bleibt auch etwas mehr für die doch recht kühle Therme übrig.... - auf der Webseite steht, es sind kuschelige Bademäntel vorhanden. Es sind aber leider nur die üblichen kratzigen... - defekte WC - Bürste, trotz aller Tierliebe haben auch die Marienkäfer im Zimmer nichts zu suchen.

Toller Wellnesurlaub
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war selbst zu dritt sehr geräumig. Es war mit einem Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Kaffee ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wasser. Der Wellnessbereich inkl. Massagen ist der ideale Platz zum entspannen. Ein tolles Schwimmbad ist auch vorhanden. Mann kann den Wellnessbereich direkt vom Hotel aus, wenn man möchte im Bademantel, erreichen.
Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos freundlich und sehr um die Gäste bemüht.
Das Frühstück war super und für jeden etwas dabei.

Fint spa sted
Det var et okay sted, men det er et meget stort sted og masser af vand svømmehal ting, ikke noget luksus ganske almindeligt. Byen i nærheden ca. 5 min kørsel eller 25 min gang, et lidt tomt sted efter alm. lukke tid kl. 18 og alt er lukket søndag også spisesteder undtaget take og way.
