衞生：很差，入住的時候床上有蟲子，蒼蠅和瓢蟲，好多，反饋給民宿，居然拿着掃帚掃床單，然後就走了，當場沒有任何的道歉和措施。在我強烈要求下，才換了床單、被套。晚上睡覺還一直房頂掉蟲子，嚴重影響睡眠，要不是附近沒有房，會果斷離店。 設施：零下20度，房間居然沒有熱水，説是水泵壞了，房間價格要1100，這價格沒有熱水，事後雖然補償了每間100，但1000的房價這麼冷的天，哪怕招待所也有熱水吧，實在是太差了。對比第二天住的萬達門口的果松村炕房，450的房間，一應齊全，性價比實在太低。 補充一下，攜程處理很快，態度也非常好，酒店衹有兩個服務人員，年紀較大，服務和意識明顯不行。

入住前和店家聯繫過兩次核實確認，結果到店説完全不知道有這個訂單，敢情攜程訂單都不看。礦泉水衹給兩瓶，多一瓶都不行。攜程付的錢以外還要另外收500按金。我總算知道為什麼放的都是實外圖了，室內一言難盡。地毯破的，全是蟲子，桌面全是痕跡，沙發手一拍灰塵四起，而且沒有吹風機，大冬天洗了頭才發現沒東西吹。並且沒有供暖的，衹有兩個暖風機…………自認倒黴吧
