We rented an apartment in Töölö (perfect location) for a month, but it was worse as described. Many items were broken, from the door handle to the wooden floor. Everything was old, including the sofa, furniture, and plumbing, which was leaking. For the price, we expected better. There was no washing machine, so we had to share one in the next building. We gave feedback to the landlord, who responded kindly and fixed the door handle with glue, which didn’t hold 🤦♀️The landlord promised to address other issues, including the fact that we expected a 2-bedroom apartment but got a passage room and a windowless storeroom as the 2nd bedroom instead. The worst part was when we were offered two separate apartments with extra costs. The landlord showed us these apartments and we agreed but on the day of the move, the landlord stopped responding and canceled our move last minute 😕. The landlord and our company were long-term partners btw. I guess not anymore…Would not recommend this agency.

Landlord was very kind but we need to confess that the apartment itself was in a bad condition. Many things in the apartment were broken (floor, pan, bowl, the shower was not hermetic, and many other tiny things) It was offered as a 2 bed apartment but actually you have to go threw one room to get to the other. There was no wardrobe or drawers to store our clothes. The worst thing is that the landlord offered us to move and then suddenly canceled it without any explanation when we already were packed up. Microwave and oven were smelling so bad we couldn’t even use it properly. There were only 3 big plates for 4 people. Our door handle was broken and the landlords tried to fix it with craftglue. We only gave one star because we can not recommend this apartment or agency.

In the middle of night,we were left without keys for paid apartment in Helsinki. Wehost company refused to help,as the tell me only ONE key fm apartment was in R-kiosk on train station,which closed at 22.00lt. We have to rent hotel for one night after,wehost company refused to make any refund!!! Awfull company.
