The hotel is located very close to the central station with many restaurants and cafes in the surroundings. The facilities are very new and clean. However the rooms are not quite like the pictures, the standard double room we booked is so small that we can only open one luggage at a time and we ended upgrading to another room type. It's not a big difference in terms of money but we feel scammed and the perception isn't great. Another thing when we tried to use the sauna their staff told us we needed to pay for it and book a session in advance (at least two hours in advance I believe), which no one mentioned before not even when we check-in nor printed anywhere in the hotel. Overall the hardware is og high quality and I'm quite happy with it, however, the software in terms of service and communication has plenty of room to grow.

Great new hotel in the centre of the city. Perfect design, really good breakfast.

The room is small! Really small! Very small! My suitcase is only 20 square meters, so I can only open it in the corner. If I put it in the aisle, there is no room to walk. It's really small!!! The whole room is decorated and the furniture is very elegant and high-end. The bedding is very good, the pillows and quilts are very comfortable, especially the quilt. I don't think I have used such a comfortable quilt. It's a two-minute walk from Kangpi 9, which is convenient for taking the subway to go anywhere.

It is very close to the shopping mall Ka***i, and a 10-minute walk from the train station and the LV store in Stockmman. There is a kettle, tea and coffee in the hotel room. There is a gym and sauna (for men and women) and a luggage storage room on the basement floor. The breakfast was good, it was the first time I tasted hot food like meat floss. It's just that the pillows in the room have a bit of an oily smell. Maybe I'm too sensitive to smells.

The location and hotel staff were both good, but the room was not too small, but it lacked a desk and even a leather shelf. I had to squat down every time to get something. There is only one chair in the double room!

The room decoration is very unique, the equipment is newer, and the front desk has a good attitude. The only drawback is that there are some unwashed stains on the sheets.

The hotel is in a good location, the front desk is very welcoming, and the room is nice, but a bit dark.
