No tv in certain rooms, checked the mattress and it had ********* on it and a blue pill under the covers.. no bathroom door in our room, no shower nob to cut on the shower only bath… random **** asked were we suppose to be here

Wifi didnt work the whole time

I had to keep changing room. Room one has bugs coming out of the light fixture and I was moved to the room next door and it had the same issue but as bad. Lost of people were hanging outside smoking fighting and arguing all night so I didn’t sleep. The next morning I use the bathroom and toilet was no flushing I called the office and was told maintenance would be coming on at 11 and it’s 730am . Every time flushed the water got higher but never went down I called ******* because everything is bad. ******* called the office the first thing the managers said to me was you didn’t have to call them I was coming at 11. I’m not sitting around all day to wait for him to decide of he’s going to fix the toilet. It’s unhealthy for a person to have to sit like that for hours. Mind you didn’t call ******* until 930. He arrived at 10. He’s yelling at me because I put something in the toilet in on the phone with the chat with ******* the whole time. She did nothing and wasn’t helpful I don’t see the point of me calling them when they won’t do anything . I started to pack my stuff and take it to my car and he couldn’t fix the toilet.that’s when he decided to take me to a different room while fixing the toilet he was sweeping the bugs out of the light fixture and stating they came into the room from under the door. . Room 3 was cleaner than the last 2 the toilet worked but the door was warped and had to be slammed closed for the lock to catch. I was late to the event that afternoon.

The stay was fine. I only needed a place to sleep for the night. I had a late check in of 10:00 pm. The front office had my key ready so my checkin took less than a minute. My room was definitely in need of some upkeep repairs and the bed was not the most comfortable but the room was clean and no bed bugs . I would stay again if I needed a quick, cheap place again.

I don’t like giving negative feedback on a hotel that is obviously trying to renovate its rooms, but I think this one is putting effort in painting over problems that need complete fixes and installing new furniture ahead of needed structure repairs. The room I stayed in has had a rough life and the entry door and door jam has been torn out (broken through) then pieced back together. I could see that they were working on other room in this complex but I think I will likely stay at another place when I revisit Hemet in the future. Also this room was listed as non smoking room with signs and everything but unfortunately it reeked of cigarette smoking customers. I hope the owners will be able to complete renovations and have success in the future but it has a ways to go.

Pros: Good service. Nice comfy bed. A/C unit works great. Cons: Non-smoking room smells like smoke.

You get what you pay for. Not clean at all but wasn’t expecting much.
