The stay was mostly good. However, the morning of checkout, the elevators were out of service. There was no alternate option as to how to get luggage and belongings from higher floors to our car other than make many trips up and down stairs, in the end making us late for our engagement that we had come in town for.

Pleasant experience. Very comfortable, clean, well maintained. Plenty of convenient parking. Breakfast was limited, but well done. Fresh fruit available as well. Very nice staff. We had a minor schedule change and requested an extension of checkout from 11 to 12 and go a prompt cheerful yes by the manager.

We were in town for an event and are regular Hampton guests. First time at this property. The property is well maintained, we had a king room on the first floor - not my ultimate choice as there usually is a lot of traffic on the main level. The room was very clean and spacious. We were at the far end of the hall so the noise was not a big issue - though whomever was in the room above was very noisy both nights and early in the morning. As it was a weekend there were at least two travel youth teams and families in the hotel so breakfast was a bit crowded both mornings as was the lobby/common areas. The breakfast staff did a great job keeping everything filled both mornings with so many extra guests. It was nice to have various eateries - Red Robin, Culver's, McDonald's, and several others within walking distance..

My stay was very comfortable and convenient to a varied selection of shopping and restaurants. There was ample parking and clean grounds. The room was very clean and well maintained.

It was a wonderful 3 day vacation. Clean and quiet room. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast had a wide range of options for all kinds of dietary needs. Pool & exercise rooms were in excellent shape and SUPER clean. The hotel is within a short walk to an outdoor mall with lots of great restaurants. The perfect place for a quick getaway😀

The stay was great! The pool was warm and there were warm towels ready each time we got out of the pool! The rooms were clean beds were comfy enough and breakfast was nice too. Coffee was excellent as well! Nice little welcome packages was a nice touch as well! We will be back soon!
