酒店整體評價滿意。温泉特色突出。酒店地處衡東楊橋鎮温泉新村。山清水秀，空氣清新。酒店服務熱情。衞生保潔到位。餐食品種豐富。

訂的998御景大床，國慶節人不多，房間大概國內3-4星級水平，房間不大，裝修不高，價格不低。但是但是但是跟國內國慶節人山人海相比，這裏不用排隊，不用等號，不用人擠人，除了貴沒毛病。
温泉感受：池子種類多，湯池環境比不上寧鄉灰湯，更比不上汝城温泉，裏面的地板磚蒸房有點簡陋，酒店和温泉的擺渡車要等10分鐘以上。衡東口下高速開50分鐘到酒店，不會來第二次

服務：服務跟不上，一去，水管漏水，師傅來修，第二天，衣架掉了，師傅來修，歡迎水果，自己去討，問服務員一些小事，不熱情也不迴應，培訓不到位，服務不到位。最離譜的是，竟然把同一間房給了兩個住户。我們住的好好的，突然進來另外一家人，房卡竟然是同一間。離了大譜，這樣的低級錯誤怎麼可以犯！！酒店員工也沒道歉也沒咋樣，慢悠悠的帶另外一家走了。所有人一臉懵逼。真是不想因為這些事情生氣，破壞旅遊的心情。訂的拿鐵咖啡，三個小時才送到，打電話催，竟然説牛奶要去山下買，所以慢。真的無語。這樣的服務，再好的環境我不想來啊！
早餐，分量太少，遊客實在不多，我前後左右都到第二天才陸陸續續住了人，但是永遠到了九點沒吃食了。沒有小孩用的餐叉，種類少的可憐。
私湯房，院子裏的温泉好歹有個窗簾也好，**露在外面。前後左右，湖對岸看的清清楚楚，白天根本不敢泡，湖上有遊客，看的清清楚楚，毫無私隱。一個温泉酒店能吐槽的點太多了。不會再來。
