Nice hotel, the staff can't speak english but are friendly and helpfull.

I forgot to bring my razor and facial cleanser, but the housekeeping lady replied to me without seeing it. That’s great! I'm not sure what I'm asking you for? If you lose it, just lose it. It’s nothing and it’s not worth much. Don't be too casual

Very bad experience. The TV is facing the bed and cannot be turned off; there is no screen, the window is difficult to control, and mosquitoes wake me up in the middle of the night. The door is not soundproof, and people start moving around the door after six o'clock.

The room occupancy is complex and the public security environment is poor.

The facilities are old, the rooms are small, the floors are hard, and many things are missing or broken! Not worth more than 500 yuan a night. The service attitude is not bad.

The hotel sucks! Hiding in a small alley, the windows are not ventilated, the air conditioning is particularly ineffective, and there are spider webs in the room. The door is not soundproof at all and the noise can be heard while sleeping. Can't even sleep.

Bad review...too noisy in the morning

I am quite satisfied with the hotel. In addition to good location, good hygiene, and good breakfast, the key is that the service is very considerate. I gave a lot of useful information and suggestions for my Hengshan itinerary. There is also a car shuttle to the high-speed rail station. Five-star praise!

The hot water is not hot. The air conditioning was not warm. There is basically no sound insulation. Breakfast is not in the store. It takes two minutes to walk. It is snowing outside. To have breakfast, you have to walk in the rain and snow.

The rooms are clean and quiet. It takes a few minutes to walk to the Great Temple, which is very convenient. The surrounding transportation is convenient and there is free parking. The lady at the front desk service is very good, 👍

酒店離南嶽汽車站不遠，離南嶽大廟也不遠，對我這樣沒有車的背包客比較合適。到酒店後看外立面一般，酒店規模也不大，但服務特別好。客房裝修比較樸素，面積不小，傢俱也配備較多，使用方便。衞生間好像是裝配式整體衞浴，面積不大，但使用方便。早餐在隔壁的君雅雲際酒店（5星級）用餐，早餐非常豐富，但開飯時間是7:30，比一般酒店晚30分鐘，主要是我趕早上的火車，顯得有點緊張，儘管早餐豐富，但不敢多吃，擔心萬一要方便，影響趕車時間。酒店有免費車送高鐵站，總算有驚無險。上車前前台姐姐希望我點評4個5星，我不敢拒絕。路上問司機師傅，2個酒店什麼關係，師傅説是1個老闆，2家酒店，一個3星，一個5星。説實話，縵吉酒店看着普通，估計是有些設施共用，所以評為3星酒店。200多的房價稍有點貴，但加上豐富的早餐，豪華車送車站，就顯得物有所值，性價比高。

前台服務熱情，大堂提供了雪糕，一過來天氣很熱，取一支來吃太好了，有自助早餐，酒店有免費的衡山西的高鐵接送，離景區位置非常方便，吃飯也很方便，飲用水沒有了及時給我們補充，天氣太熱了，我們就感到非常好，前台運香服務態度很好，下次再來。酒店非常好 設施：齊全 衞生：乾淨 環境：很好 服務：很好，
