Stay 365 Heraklion Apart Hotel Reviews

The room was clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped, and there was a small supermarket in the lobby. In particular, the front desk staff was very warm and friendly, and gave us handwritten bus routes and bus stop names. The bus stop was not far from the hotel, which was very helpful for us to visit the city (the bus driver did not understand English).

It is relatively new, but there is no public transportation, the induction cooker does not work, there is no door to the bathroom in the room, and it is not far from the seaside. The hygiene is okay and the service staff can speak English. You can go on a business trip, but you need a car.

The hygiene is good, the service attitude is very good, especially the Greek people are friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel is 100 meters away from the bus station. It is very convenient to reach the city center attractions by bus. There are large supermarkets nearby.

The hotel is not in the old city of Heraklion, but the location is very good. It is only a 5-minute walk from the station, and the surrounding parking is also convenient. The room is clean, spacious, quiet and the facilities are very new. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel service is also very good, calling a taxi for us. Many local taxis in Heraklion do not use meters, so I asked the hotel for help, which was very convenient. Recommended to stay.

The place is slightly remote, the room is larger

Very nice and clean room. Quiet place to be near Heraklion center. Easy parking exactly out of the hotel ( free ) . Petros great person helpful and his suggestions made our stay unique. Irene was so kind and always smiling. Surely will come back.

This was a very nice hotel. It's about 2 blocks away from a bus stop, which was very convient in taking us to all of the tourist areas and attractions. Although, there were many coffee shops and restaurants around the area. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and very spacious. It had everything we could have needed during our stay. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere out of the city center.

This was the best hotel where we could stay in this entire life! • the everything is very clean • the staff is very kindly • the food is EXCELENT If you want to stay at this hotel, there is a few supermarkets around, like AB, JUMBO and the bus station to center or Amoudara Beach is only 5 minutes away. We recommend this hotel, we will return there, for sure!

A great base to explore crete and Heraklion. A little out of town but once you have worked out the busses it's easy and convenient. Bus stop at end of street and buy tickets at local shop 20 meters away. Bus takes you into heraklion or to Amadoura beach In the opposite direction. Plenty of facilities close by. 2 large supermarkets and a big store called jumbo where you can buy almost anything. Bus stop also outside jumbo. Tell snuone in heraklion you are staying near jumbo and they will all be able to direct you . Lots of bakery and coffee shops close by. If you want to walk into herakloon it's about 2 miles down the main street or 2.5 miles if you walk to the sea front and follow the seafront into town which is quite pleasant once you've negotiated the back streets to get to the start if the sea front. Hotel itself is clean snd tidy and well serviced, breakfast and coffee available

Really friendly, so well appointed, had all we needed in a lovely clean apartment with a really nice cafe next door. Affordable prices. Crete is getting there re plant based food, which I prefer. Lovely 8 night stay on the edge of the city. Great location, but hire a car to get around the island.

I enjoyed our 1 night here. Parking was easy. The lady at the front desk was helpful and stored our bags. The man at the desk later in the evening helped us with our parking ticket from going downtown. The room is just the right size, nice bed, nice shower. If I ever go back to Heraklion I would consider staying here again.

The room is spacious, well equipped & really clean. The area is quiet, really easy to park the car in the street. I would like to thank HARA and all staff member for their kindness. Hara was always available for help. We will definitively come back! Bao Quy

Thé hotel is brand new. It is a nice combination of a bar and hotel. It is little off center but the center was easily reachable by foot. The modern style was nice for each too we booked as all new. The welcome was great, not only for the hotel part, but as well for any information you look for when landing in Crete. We did not know what to eat, but the place serves a beautiful breakfast that will cover you for the full day. Btw, very easy as well to park the car. Well recommended and very reasonable for such luxurious place.

We had a fantastic stay at 365 Heraklion. We booked the cheapest room that only cost £39 booking directly (cheaper than booking with ***********). We couldn’t believe we were in the cheapest room it was lovely. Very modern and has everything you could need. The room was so clean, thank you Rina. It was a short walk into Heraklion and there are lots of restaurants within a few minutes plus a supermarket straight over the road. Petros and Chara were amazing and really looked out for us. Every time we came back to the hotel they greeted us and asked how our day was and gave suggestions for the next day. One of the was Archanes. We went to a lovely restaurant called олітіо taverna. The food was so reasonably priced and proper home cooked Greek food. If you want a super modern hotel with amazing rooms and great hospitality then definitely book this hotel.
