I made the reservations for two rooms. When I arrive at the property, the receptionist said there was only a reservation for one room with one bed. Fortunately, the receptionist was extremely helpful. I showed her the app and she called her manager and they approved the room for me. She did mention that it was only possible because they had rooms available. She mentioned that if the hotel had been booked, they wouldn’t be able to accommodate the second room. I am not sure how this happened but the girl says that when they get a reservation with two rooms on it, they come in together on the same transaction or email. I’m afraid this thing can happen in the future and we will be left without accommodations. I never really got a proper response from ******* because we came in late to the room and we were really tired and the receptionist noticed how tired we were, and was very compassionate. If it wasn’t for the kindness at the hotel personnel showed, we would’ve been left without accommodations which would’ve been a horrible thing. I hope that in the future this doesn’t happen again I’ve used ******* a lot in our travels, and I’ve always had good success, but if it repeats itself again, I may have to use a different third-party app. If there’s anybody that can please give me a call or respond to this message. I would appreciate it. I would prefer if it’s a management personnel. Thank you.
