We were warmly received. Love the old section of the hotel, full of history. Our room had a gorgeous view of the bay, it was clean and very comfortable. We were lulled to sleep by the rhythm of the ocean. The breakfast offering looked delicious, although we did not partake. We will certainly be back.

What a location, and what great service by all staff that we interacted with. The breakfast was beautifully laid out and the whole experience is more than the advertised 3 stars. The lack of air-conditioning was not an issue for us and the TV channel offerings were more than adequate.

My family & I recently had the pleasure of staying at Windsor Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Yolande and her staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made our stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the town a breeze, and I can’t wait to return to Windsor Hotel on our next visit. Highly recommended!”

Lovely hotel ..breakfast great...views fantastic ..but tv service atrocious.....water in the taps has a strong chlorine smell...

We had a wonderful long weekend at the Windsor Hotel apartments. We were 4 adults in the 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment suited us perfectly. The space and layout is excellent. The kitchen had everything we needed though we did have to ask for more coffee and tea and this was given. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shower door in the one bathroom kept coming off the tracks and it was difficult to get the plug into the main bathroom bath because of the shower glass but those were the only complaints.

Historic seafront hotel (1896) but fully modernised interior. Bedrooms on the small side but well appointed. Aircon, tea and coffee making facilities, double beds emperor sized, shower but no bath, private off-road parking, five minute walk to town centre.

Just watch out The apartment you paid for is NOT the apartment in pictures on the hotel website This was actually confirmed by the manager Apparently they will have a new photo shoot in March 2024 So don't believe what you see on the photos Furthermore is was very nice apartment with beautiful view Walking distance to lots of restaurants

Situé en bord de mer proche du centre ville. Accueil sympathique et efficace. Chambre spacieuse, sans climatisation cependant, propreté satisfaisante. Le RDC avec vue parking pas terrible. Litterie confortable. Salle de bain bien équipée. PdJ très correct.
