The hotel went out of their way to ensure we were accommodated for our check out as we had a whale cruise booked early that same day. Lovely peaceful hotel with short walk to a couple of small restaurants, beaches and cliff walks. Very quick drive to town centre and other attractions.

The stay was amazing, the only mistake we made was not to book 2 nights. It was easy to move in and out. It was peaceful and exactly what we expected, even a bit better. In terms of location we thought it would be a little bit closer to the ocean and a easier access to the ocean but this wasn't a problem for us.

We had a lovely stay at the Whale Coast Ocean Villa. Super good breakfast and friendly staff. The ocean view from room 1 is amazing! Highly recommend staying here :)

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in Hermanus und sind erst abends recht spät angereist. Obwohl extra auf uns gewartet werden musste, sind wir sehr nett und geduldig begrüßt worden. Das Appartement war geräumig und schön eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Am kommenden Morgen begann unsere Whale watching Tour bereits um 6.30 Uhr, und wir waren erst nach 10am wieder in der Unterkunft. Obwohl die Frühstückszeit längst vorbei war, bekamen wir noch ein wunderbares Frühstück serviert. Die Besitzerin Veronica begrüßte uns persönlich, sie war unglaublich freundlich und zugewandt und gab uns außerdem noch den tollen Tipp, auf unserer Tour nach Stellenbosch das Weingut „Delaire Graff“ zu besuchen - es war ein Traum dort! Ein großes Dankeschön an Veronica und ihr Team!!

Ten day stay in March, immaculatey clean property in a great location close to Grotto Beach. Super breakfast each day from wonderful friendly people. Close to some nice walks too. Will be booking again soon
