El día que llegamos, el piso de la habitación estaba sucio, mucho cabello tirado en el piso; solicité 2 toallas extras (la reservación fue para 4 personas y solo había 2 toallas en la habitación) la señorita de recepción se molestó. Solicité factura y no me fue enviada, tuve que llamar al siguiente día de mi salida para volver a solicitarla.

This is our 3rd or 4th time at this hotel travel to and from Mexico. Convenient, clean, safe parking and the shower is maybe the best in Mexico…it positively hurls water at you.
