Hyatt House Herndon/Reston

Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast and free dinner on Wednesdays was a plus as well. The GM greeted each guest and made them feel welcome. If your looking to stay in a nice clean hotel It’s a gem. Much better than the larger one six minutes away.

Excellent staff always friendly and professional! Comfortable rooms and very clean. Breakfast are always excellent.

No Ventilation, Lights not working, Refrigerator noise, bed is too soft...what not to ask for a room change? No one bothered to hear and I had to move out to another hotel for rest of my stay after 4 days of waiting to hear from Frontdesk team.

Honestly, this was a very pleasant experience for a Hyatt house! I appreciated the clean rooms, the amenities, and the service. We stayed in a two bedroom suite, it was the perfect set up and everything inside was perfect perfectly organized and clean. Also important to note, there were no bedbugs. I feel like it’s important to mention that these days. Wanda, the manager, was also such a delight. She was extremely kind upon our departure and made sure that we had everything that we needed during our experience. Also, Duane, at Check in, was also a delight. He provided great service. Breakfast was also pretty good. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience. Wanda, thank you so much for being such a pleasure!

Tub filled up with dirty water while showering. Water pressure low. Staff unprofessional. AC sounded like 3 hair dryers being turned and left on everytime the kicked on.

Great extended stay hotel with hot breakfast every day and manager's reception on Wed night with great food. Super friendly staff and helpful staff. We especially appreciated the full kitchen and extra space available outside. We used the pool and outdoor eating area multiple times.

I travel a lot with work and stay in lots of faceless corporate hotels. This felt so homely and I loved the kitchen in the room that allowed you to prepare your own food. Gym was great and all staff I met were really helpful and friendly. Any business traveller that wants a taste of home I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The room smelled of a strong chemical like bug spray, bathroom had hair in it, the AAir conditioner sounded like a jet engine all night, and the staff was very scattered. I’d book somewhere else.
