The food was awful, the service as well, the staff doesn’t speak a good English and waiting all the time the tips. The room cleaning was just making up the beds, not even clean the bathroom. We didn’t use the medical services so can’t say nothing about it, the pools are nice

The environment is good, the location is very good, and it is close to the attractions. The attitude of the service staff is also very good.

Clean and tidy

Clean and sophisticated environment. Variety of food on offer. A children's play area called Roomli has opened, with wonderful supervision. Happy faces, nice smiles. Business and friendly chats while everyone has a good time. ------------- Tiszta és igényes környezet. Választékos étel kínálat. Roomli néven gyermekjátszó nyílt, csodálatos felügyelettel. This is a great hotel. My room was really comfortable, nice comfy bed. I appreciated the empty fridge for my water, variety of glasses provided. Kettle and coffee machine provided. I was extremely impressed with the buffet breakfast and evening meal, both included in my half-board. Totally delicious, massive variety, every meal delicious. Outdoor pools very clean and well cared for. Thermal pool inside and outside. I would definitely go back to this hotel. You can easily walk to the thermal lake from the hotel. The hotel kindly lent us woggles without charge. I loved the lake and would love to return there. We paid for a three hour session, a very memorable experience. I had two massages at the hotel, they were great. I would really like to go back to this location and if I did would definitely return to this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for the 3rd time and once again we had a great experience. Good location, friendly and helpful staff, very clean. Updated modern rooms with good beds, TV, safe, balcony. Extensive spa facilities, swimming pools, saunas, treatment pools. All in all, we recommend this hotel.

We used to stay many times at Hotel Európa Fit when we were just the two of us and now returned as a family with kids (10 and 6 years old). It is amazing that this hotel still looks very nice, fresh and updated, they have just renovated the whole apartments wing, everything is brand new and stylish! The Acapulco pool area is new and their kids animation team is fantastic too. Erika, Laci and Blanka are so kind and they make various programs for kids between 1-14, even XBox, Sony playstation are available for teens however there are many pools and programs as well. Food & beverages are great too, you will never get hungry or thirsty at all (we were on half board), great selection during breakfast and dinner too. Staff is very kind all over the hotel, we will certainly return!

Well thought after wellness area, with thermal water and large pools. Big variety of massage availabl, with well trained professional team. Very friendly end kind staff everywhere . Food is delicious with big variety to choose from.

We spent 2 nights in the hotel with our 4-month-old son. The hotel is located in a quiet area, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, we could comfortably fit in the standard room with the baby bed. Breakfast and dinner are varied and full of delicious food. The hotel bar offers classic cocktails. There are a lot of elderly foreign guests, although this was not a problem for me. In the wellness section, the steam cabin is brilliant, not smelly, quite big and full of steam.

Really can not find anything else to say but that we had a perfect vacation here. The staff goes out of their way to welcome you, the food was better then I had at any fancy restaurant this season. Yes better. Very very comfortable bed, pillows. Great clean wellness area and pools. I just want to go back ;-) I wish we had more time then just six nights, loved the place and so did the kids ! We used the street carpark which was recommended to us by the receptionist and that was a smart move. The cost for carpark is HUF2600/day.

Not bad overall, though it can get very crowded. Be warned thoough that if you use the underground car park your holiday will almost certainly be riuned.This is what happened to us. Picked up the car with lots of scratches. The car park is simply inadequate. Terribly designed with spaces sa small you'll be lucky if you can get out of your car if a largeer car (lots of SUVs of course) is parked next to your space, When you tell reception when checking out they'll tell you to go to the guest relations office who in a kind manner promise to look at the security video and let you know in writing what they have found. Then a week later you get an email saying that the very thing they promised is not possible. The funniest thing was that a member of staff came to look at the damage to the car and said it was not damaged in the hotel car park. How he knew for sure is a mistery OR... probably they have done this routine lots of times over the years. Do not use the car park! Save yourself some stress and a lot of money in repair bills.
