Everything was ok except the tv didn’t work in the room it would stay on for a couple minutes then cut off

The place was dirty. Carpet in rooms disgusting. When checking in we asked hours of pool, the hot tub was ice cold, they never mentioned that to us. The pool was ice cold. Advertisement said hot tub and sauna. Neither one of those things were offered.

We had an exceptionally big, cold room. we appreciated the refrigerator and microwave. Had a great time in the pool. It was storming out so it was great that it was indoor. My wife loved the pancake machine at breakfast and I really appreciated the eggs and sausage. We will be back.

room wasn't clean - hotel wasn't clean...finding assistance from anyone was scarce.

My husband had to stay here and his experience wasn’t great for someone who wanted to relax and get away. First he said the hotel smelled and he didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower there because the everything was grimy. Not a place to go to if you want to relax or have a family and need to spend a night there to rest.
