Because I passed by Heyuan, I booked a hotel temporarily on the same day. I read the reviews and said that the price was good. I decided to try it. It was only 10 o'clock that night.
When I entered, I felt that the hotel was also very high-end. The front desk lady and the cleaning aunts were good. When I entered the room, I felt clean and comfortable. It was really worth it. It also provided a charging cable and included breakfast. Breakfast was good. Although not big, there should be some to eat happily. recommended

The room is upgraded to a suite for free, and the service is too good. I saw that my husband’s wheelchair was inconvenient to travel. I made a slow slope to provide him with convenience within a day. I greeted him warmly every day in and out of the lobby. I really feel at home. I want to give the hotel a big praise. Friends come to Heyuan to live in the Yayuan Peninsula Hotel. It is absolutely wrong.

Every month I travel to Heyuan City to live in this hotel. I have to say that their service is really warm. I will say hello whether it is in the lobby or on the floor. The room is not only large, but also fully equipped. There is a desk in the room. There is a lamp, and there is a tea set. It is clean and the shower water pressure is very comfortable. The hotel room is large, clean and tidy, parking is convenient, and the location is good. When you go out of the hotel, turn right and walk down an alley for a few hundred meters. The rice rolls at the breakfast shop are delicious and cheap. There is a Hakka restaurant opposite the breakfast shop. The owner is a local and is said to run it. It has been here for 20 years. It is delicious and affordable. When we were in Heyuan for two days and one night, we had two meals at this restaurant.

Chose the hotel because of the location, close to a park, the river and shopping centre and because of the facilities with excellent breakfast, swimming pool and hot spring.
Hot spring is expensive and became overpriced at the holiday. The pool then closed for the holiday too! Restaurant served great food but was only open at the weekend. Coffee bar in the lounge also overpriced and very slow service. They were very helpful in changing the room which was too hot and the air conditioning doesn't work in winter.

We decided to stay in Heyuan for one night on short notice and chose Yunduan Hotel because of the excellent reviews. Unexpectedly, it gave us a big surprise on this trip. First of all, the lobby of the hotel is magnificent and fragrant. The front desk staff are warm and polite with a smile on their faces, including the security and cleaning ladies. There is also delicious free coffee in the lobby, unlimited. When checking in, the hotel also presented homemade cookies, which were big, crispy and delicious, and of course welcome fruits and milk. We felt that the service of the hotel was very considerate and thoughtful. When we entered the room, we felt that the space was quite large. The design of the room was gorgeous and stylish, clean and tidy. The supplies were complete and of high quality, especially the quilts and pillows, which were very comfortable to sleep on. For a price of more than 400 yuan, it is definitely the most cost-effective hotel to have such enjoyment.

The manager's service attitude is very good. My baby didn't like the parent-child room we booked, so he immediately upgraded us to a suite and added a bed for free. When we checked out, he took the initiative to carry our luggage to the car. The service was very considerate and made us feel at home.
The old five-star hotel relied entirely on service to break through the siege and put a perfect end to this trip.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I stayed at the Blue Grape Apar**ent in Chunmuyuan Town because I brought my elderly family here for vacation. The environment here is beautiful, the facilities are complete, there are mountains and water, the air is fresh, and it is especially suitable for a family vacation. You can soak in hot springs, there are park recreational facilities, and there are all kinds of dining options. It's a very good place and worth a visit.

It is a design with a small accent. The room is inside and outside. There is no place on the window. It is not a clean mirror. There is no smell. The quality of the city air index is very good. I enjoy the freshness of opening the window in the morning. The hotel's service from the manager to every waiter is very warm and smiling, and the Hakka is warm!
At 8:00 per night, the music fountain is 190 meters high and the most in Asia. It is also a 20-minute drive from the famous scenic spot ”Wanlu Lake”. It is a special trip to ～ Picturesque!
This trip also learned that Heyuan Sanbao: Bawang Huaheyuan Rice Noodles, Chuantang Town Chestnuts, sour Robes!... There are also small fish in Wanlv Lake, yellow rice wine soaked in Wanlv Lake, all telling the same Hakka story as this ”Lichengxuan Hotel”.

IIgnaz ForstnerWe chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.
