The single-family villa 🏡 has a large courtyard. There are 4 rooms and 7 beds in a 3-storey building, of which there is a parent-child paradise on the 3rd floor. There is more than enough for our family of 6 people. Although it is on the 3rd floor, but there is no elevator, it is stairs. The stairs are very meticulous. There is a jungle adventure and a glass bridge behind the house. You can play at your own expense. It is very convenient to walk for a few minutes. The hotel room is clean and quite big. The garden view outside the window is pretty good. The surfing area of the water park is quite fun. Some of the facilities are not open. The hot spring area has several different styles. The hot spring water is okay, but the hot spring area only opens at 10 o'clock in the morning. The park opened a little late. There were many small restaurants to eat in the evening, and I had Teppanyaki and street steak for 10 o'clock, which was okay. The worst experience was the breakfast buffet. The restaurant is not big. Maybe because of the holiday, there were so many people and it was crowded. It was like a war. It was crowded and hot. The black teapot was gone and no one refilled it. The amount of water produced by the water dispenser. It's so slow. It takes a long time to fill a glass of water. Is that water expensive?

And send me pictures of the room in advance. The order package includes King Yaowang Hot Springs. It is recommended to contact Miss Wu at the front desk to make a reservation. 設施：晚上11:20經歷了一次酒店通知緊急撤離通知；由於應該走道喇叭通知在逃生通道緊急撤離，我們什麼也沒帶一下由緊急通道跑到一樓，後發現一樓緊急通道的防火門是打不開的，嚇**了，衹能跑回二樓，到想逃生衹能乘坐電梯下一樓或在二樓等救援。這個逃生門竟然是鎖死的，太恐怖了。好在後來知道是誤報，才算了。但真是細思極恐。這逃生門怎麼可以是打不開的，請酒店好好檢查一下，萬一出什麼意外，真不得了。
服務：前台小姐姐們，很熱情，有求必應，很nice；
環境：聽安靜，關鍵是停車很方便，就這點值得下次再來；

The environment here is beautiful, the facilities are complete, there are mountains and water, the air is fresh, and it is especially suitable for a family vacation. 房間空間還是比較大的，有單人辦公桌和雙人沙發，但設施偏老舊一些。想要開窗通風，但窗户是壞的。但最讓人難受的是房門，要用很大力氣才能關上，很響，而且房門內是沒有單獨鎖的，這樣安全性很低。但有一點好的是，它床頭有免費的充電三插頭。
隔音效果：很差，幾乎能在房間裏聽到別的房間的説話聲和電視聲。
床鋪舒適：1.8米大床，被子暖和，2個枕頭。
wifi速度：沒有密碼，需要手機號驗證登錄，網速還是比較流暢的。
廁所配置：空間適中，比較簡樸，架子上衹有兩條浴巾，沒有洗臉巾，馬桶旁邊也沒有捲紙，牙刷、水杯等都是7天連鎖酒店的標誌。整體還算整潔乾淨，洗手盆有熱水供應。
洗澡環境：空間適中，水壓足，熱水供應也充足。
外部環境：樓下缺少生活氣息，衹有100米左右一家小超市。
地標交通：距離萬隆城5～10分鐘腳程，距離河源市婦幼保健院約10分鐘腳程。出行為步行和打車，沒有體驗公共交通。
服務態度：開房，退房，開票等辦理，前台的小姐姐還是蠻熱情的。
雖然缺點蠻多，但100塊錢一晚的房子，性價比還是可以的

When they saw me bringing my children with me, they immediately took out a set of children's slippers and toothbrushes and handed them to him with a smile. IIgnaz ForstnerWe chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

The bed in the special room is 2 meters, a family of 4 is enough to sleep, the waiter is also very warm, is a recommended hotel.
