When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was very helpful. She upgraded my room with a window and had a good service attitude. The hotel has complete facilities, a beautiful billiard room and a gym, which gives me good choices for leisure and exercise. The environment of the hotel is also very quiet, allowing me to relax. The price is very reasonable and cost-effective. Although the price is relatively low, the service and facilities are not discounted at all. It is really good value for money. In short, this hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Whether it is service, location, breakfast, facilities or price, they are all excellent. there was smoking smell inside the room despite we rested a non-smoking room. the reception staff changed another room for us which was ok. room size was big and the hotel can maintain its standard. there are many eateries nearby. hotel guests get special discount (up to 50%) for body massage on the 1st floor and reception is on the 2nd floor. overall happy stay.

This time, I decided to go to Heyuan for two days on a whim. I found the highly rated Xiangfeng International Hotel on Ctrip. I didn't expect Xiangfeng to be as high-quality as the online reviews. The hotel is right by the Xinfeng River, with an excellent geographical location and environment, convenient transportation, first-class facilities, rich breakfast, and very good service. Xiaoyan was warm and thoughtful, and introduced the tourist attractions in Heyuan to us in detail. The hotel also gave us a fruit plate every day, which made us feel the enthusiasm of the people of Heyuan. We also agreed that my family will come to Heyuan again in the near future and stay at Xiangfeng again. By the way, there is also a particularly good rooftop swimming pool.

It's a very comfortable hotel with a clean and nice environment. There are restaurants nearby and it's very convenient. I specially booked a room with a slide and a wave pool. All the kids, big and small, had a happy and comfortable stay. Only the hot water in the room is difficult to adjust and the water pressure is too low. Overall, I will stay again👍🏻

Hotel is relatively new, kept in a very good condition. Staff working at front desk are very nice, a lot of smile, they put us at top floor, level 13, with 2.4m bed, very big, very comfortable. Location at the old side of the city, but walking distance to the highest water fountain. I am sure will come back again next time if I visit heyuan again.

Originally booked the annex building, but the front desk lady said that it was very noisy near the KTV and then helped me upgrade to the river view room for free. This service is not too good. I went in and saw that the room was very clean. I liked this view. I can see the cultural square opposite. It is really good. I really recommend this. Hotel, I will definitely come back to this next time in Heyuan.
