配套設施太破舊了，電梯一進去一股臭味，不匹配

設施：比較舊，房間雖然在22樓，但是潮嘰嘰的感覺，沙發和地毯都是濕乎乎的，強烈建議不要鋪地毯了，已經是醬油色了，太臟了。
衞生：洗手間很昏暗，有氣味，牆角一直有水，估計水管有漏水。
環境：大堂太潮濕了，一股不知道什麼味道
服務：房間打掃不仔細，洗手間的紙基本都沒有了也沒有放新
特別強調：空調太大聲了，一夜沒睡……
温泉、水世界、早餐都要攜帶全部房卡逐個刷卡進入，來來回回走了好幾趟……
總之：是公寓的配置就不要用“國際大酒店”吧 太失望了

雙人不限次恐龍水世界:其實也就玩了一次，前二次居然找不到入口在哪，一羣人圍着景點轉了一圈完全沒有任何指示牌的，什麼都得自己找，温泉還可以。

太差了，空調漏水，茶几是爛的，所有用具都是陳舊不堪，走廊沒有空調，熱浪逼人，大堂空調也很不足，很對不起四五百元的房價。稍微有一點點安慰的是門口的湘菜館出品還不錯。
