The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation is very good. The young lady who checked in surnamed Zhao, had a gentle and enthusiastic attitude, efficient and fast procedures, and meticulous and intimate service. The overall experience is very satisfactory, recommended to all friends who come to Heyuan for business trips, will choose this next time!

Upon entering the first room, there was a pungent smell that my mother absolutely couldn't stand, so she requested a room change. After leaving the room, we saw two other rooms being cleaned, and they also had that strong odor. Afterward, a friendly front desk staff member showed us two more rooms; one had the smell, and the other didn't. Even though we had already partially used the original room, the front desk was very accommodating and switched our room, which was excellent service. The swimming pool was just okay, and the restrooms were decent, but the locker room's disinfected shoe cabinets also had a foul smell, making us hesitant to wear the provided slippers. The hotel rooms are visibly old. In the room before we switched, the wallpaper and cabinet doors were noticeably worn and tattered, and there were no tissues on the desk. The new room was a bit better. In the original room, even with the AC set to 16 degrees, it was only cool, not cold at all, but the air conditioning in the new room was much stronger. The cookies given by the front desk were quite tasty. This hotel is not in the old town; it seems to be in a newer area. To go to the old town for food and sightseeing, you have to cross a bridge every time, so those who mind should consider this carefully.

This city is convenient and Jianji Wanda store facilities really have nothing to say! The equipment is very new and complete, the room is spacious and bright, the bed is particularly comfortable to sleep, and the bathroom is super practical for dry and wet separation. The hotel is equipped with breakfast, self-service laundry room, free parking, the overall facilities are particularly complete, the hardware facilities are online, the price is super high, the accommodation experience is full, highly recommended!
