The hotel is very considerate. They will call in advance to find out the time of the store, and then help to turn on the air conditioner to give you a comfortable experience. The clerk is very friendly and helpful. There is an underground parking lot in the hotel for free parking. What I especially like is that the hotel has free laundry and drying services! This is a multi-day family trip, so it's great to be able to deal with the replacement clothes in time!

This hotel is the best in Hezhou, decorated in a grand style. The view from the room is open to the sun. The room was clean but had a little smoke smell. The toilet is very spacious and the toilet is independent. The hardware is basically in place but the service needs to be improved. Before checking in, I called the hotel twice to ask if I needed to show a nucleic acid report. Both times I said yes but I didn't read the result. There was only one younger brother at the front desk when I checked in and there were constantly other guests asking him questions without queuing. He tried to help me check in while answering other guests' questions. As a result, the entire check-in experience was substandard. I booked two rooms with different bed types, thank you very much for arranging our rooms together without asking, but the front desk didn't explain which room is a double bed and which is a double bed, so they gave me the room card directly and the twin room only gave one open. My room rate included breakfast, and the front desk didn't confirm with me and didn't tell me where to eat breakfast. This is not a chain hotel service level.

GGuest UserWhen we arrived at the Secret Manor Hotel (Gao Shi Qi Yu Branch) in Huangyao Ancient Town, we first made tea by the stove. The tea made by the stove was given when we booked the hotel. There were also 3 sets of national costumes that could be borrowed for taking photos. Various scented teas, peanuts, longans, red dates and sugar oranges are also prepared for making tea around the stove. We stayed until 7pm before going out for dinner. Among them, I took pictures of various things in the hotel. The environment of the hotel is really beautiful. This is the former residence of celebrities and is adjacent to the Dragon Claw Banyan Tree. It took three years to build by Greek designer Ulrica and was only completed in November 2023. It is a unique Chinese and Western double courtyard building in the ancient town, with large terrace rooms, French restaurant, multi-functional conference hall, and closed operation. There are 12 Each of the different guest rooms has been fully occupied these days. There are three peacocks, a blue cat, and a goldfish pond in the yard. The children love to see them. I really like that every corner of this hotel can be photographed. I took a lot of photos during my stay. The environment is very clean and tidy, and the facilities and equipment are new and brand-name. There are electric toilets, washing machines with dryers, etc. The toiletries are also brand-name and very useful. The proprietress and Abu were both kind and enthusiastic, answering all questions and very patient. The surrounding transportation is convenient, there is a parking lot, Didi location is convenient, and there are shared motorcycles when you go out. The hotel front desk service is attentive and super nice. And the most important thing is that the room is very comfortable to live in! AabbyliThe hotel can be reached by the road on the back of the Huangyao Ancient Town Scenic Area. There are small roads into the parking lot. Don't think about evading fares. There are security guards at the small intersections.
The environment of the hotel is very good, it is in the scenic area, so there are many tourists checking in at the door.
The picture was taken in the hotel after it rained the next day and was not able to travel. It can be said to be past.
When I arrived, a wave of guests hadn't checked out just before 12 o'clock, so the room could not be closed until 2 o'clock. I can also understand that the parking lot was tight during the peak time during May 1st, and there was not enough parking for 20 cars.
The equipment must be complained about, the outlet of the air conditioner during lunch break will naturally fall off, and the entire building of the hotel will trip at night. Hot water has to wait a long time.
The store’s service is fairly enthusiastic, but it may be too busy to solve them one by one in time.

新開的，整體裝修和餐品可以吧，算不上特別。房間的設施有一些不夠完全，沒有沙發，沒有電話，電信手機在走廊有信號，房間裏沒有。
簡單説，可以去玩，但是性價比不高。

GGuest UserIt is a good little hotel. Very clean and rooms are large. I was concerned since it was very cheap but to my surprise it was a really good experience. Booked it for a quick stay overnight since my train arrive late at night. The old women is warm and friendly. Highly recommended.
