This was the worst experience at a Japanese hot spring hotel in years. It’s so bad that I have to write a review so that people don’t get fooled. The hotel is old and they still use an old hot water kettle. The boss is arrogant. The check out time in Japan is 11 o'clock, while theirs is 10 o'clock. When I asked the boss, he actually said: This is Japan, this is normal time. Come again, stay and eat twice. Both dinner and breakfast were terrible. The native product of Izu is kineye sea bream, and dinner is actually kineye sea bream sashimi, grilled kineye sea bream, boiled kineye sea bream, and fried kineye sea bream. Isn’t it that the kineye eagle is so cheap that it can’t be sold? It doesn’t matter if it tastes good, the important thing is that it doesn’t taste good. All employees are offline, only a Chinese lady and a Vietnamese waiter in the restaurant are polite. Management is arrogant and unreasonable. The hotel is old and the food is disgusting.
