Although the building of the hotel was constructed in 1997, the room was modernly decorated and very comfortable. There were 3 onsens available for guests to use and they could not be missed. The dinner and breakfast were remarkable. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was located near mount Asahi-dake. It was good to have onsen after hiking in the mountain. What’s more, the area which the hotel was located was free from light pollution. I saw a sky full of stars and it was superb.

Old school ryokan with good and hearty half board meals. Rooms are clean and Onsens are big/ roomy.

The service attitude is very good, the room is simple and elegant, I will come again

I visited you at the end of March, and when you go up the mountain, it snows heavily unlike the lower world! It was helpful that the rental car was wearing studless. This inn is said to be the home of an Olympic medalist, and the panels and related items on display on the upper floor are impressive! Some of the hot spring sources are drawn and it seems to be good for the body. I stayed in a room that was designed and renovated by my next brother. I would like to come again. The food is delicious and just the right amount. I'm going to try skiing next time.

Stayed as a couple in a "comfortable twin" room. The view from the room is not good and the amenities are minimal, but it was nice to have Wi-Fi and a massage chair and coffee meal. The large public bath was crowded with many day-trippers during the day, and there were steps, making it far from being barrier-free. However, I regret that "Kamigami no Yu" was under renovation. The food was so innovative, interesting, and delicious that I couldn't believe it was the food of a secluded hot spring inn. You can enjoy the atmosphere of a mountain hut in the front lobby with a wood-burning fireplace and in the guest lounge.

The appearance is similar to that of Tomuraushi's hot springs. The lobby is spacious and has a nice open fire in the fireplace. It might be difficult for the elderly. As for meals, the soup with melon that comes out first is delicious, but that alone will fill you up. The beef shabu shabu is untouchable.It's probably a concept of playing with food, but it didn't suit me.Is it a mistake to eat melon?The food itself is very delicious, so it's a shame. It's Japanese food. They have orange juice but no bread. I'd be happy if they could accommodate bread lovers as well.

○Room○ The armrests of the rattan sofa are worn out. The walls are covered in stains (which can be removed by wiping with a wet tissue). The nightstand is covered in dust and the clock is not set correctly. The whole place is covered in dust and the bedroom has no windows, so ventilation is not possible. People with asthma should be careful. ○Meals○ When we sat down, half the dishes were already laid out and everything was cold. The aperitif had a strong sour taste. The cold hairy crab was watery and had no flavor. The starter was a steamed dish similar to black rice steamed rice, and I was surprised that the rice came first. The two pieces of sashimi were served with their proud smoked soy sauce. The dishes were completely different from the sample, old and chipped and peeling. Two mini croquettes in plastic bags were placed on a peeling dessert plate with no accompaniments. The palate cleanser was spring water jelly (tasteless). For dessert, the white pudding, which is also sold in the shop, was served in a jar without a plate. There was hot food for breakfast. If you want TKG, you go to get it yourself, but adults wearing plastic gloves line up at a small table with bowls. . . *Shouldn't they just put it on each person's table from the start? ○Hot Springs○ It's good that there are a variety. The bathing time is also good for a long time. There are many steps, few handrails, and many slippery spots, so it is dangerous for people with weak legs. Weeds were noticeable in the open-air bath without a roof.
