We found this little gem when we came to Hill City to ride sxs with another group. Easy to find, about a mile out of town.
Parking a truck and trailer was not convenient at all.
Office was in disarray and I was worried about the condition of the room after being in the office area but the room was pleasant.
Overlooks the lake so that was nice, fireplace in the room but we never could get it to come on. Pretty dated room and bathroom but was fine for two nights after riding all day.
Negatives that we couldn’t over look: no hairdryer in the room, beds were not comfortable.
We would stay here again as there aren’t many options in this town but I would come better prepared.

Room was very comfortable with fireplace that was dozy on a cold winter night. Check in and check out done over phone, efficient but unusual. At checkout I requested a receipt for my expenses to submit to my company but never received one. Gave them my email address but got no response, so I give them a thumbs down for this.

we stayed in the motel so can't say for the rest.
if your not used to heavy iron in the water you better bring your own.the a/c in the unit is very loud and it's either warm or cold.
the unit was clean and fairly comfortable.
very nice people.
