Das Zimmer war vollkommen ok. Wir sind mit Baby und 2 Hunden angereist. Babybett stand vorbereitet im Zimmer. Leider alles sehr hellhörig.
Das Check In war schnell und unkompliziert, der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett( Jäger;))
Am Anreisetag haben wir (da Wochenende) im Restaurant gegessen. Leider gab es keinen Kinderhochstuhl was das Essen für uns etwas unentspannt gemacht hat. Fanden das Essen für die Portionsgröße die man bekommmen hat schon sehr teuer. Hatten eine Hauptspeise und ein Dessert und sind dann hungrig ins Bett.
Frühstück war ooookay. Vlt etwas langweilig. Aufbackbrötchen usw.
Das Personal war nett, vorallem die junge Dame mit den dunklen Haaren.
Ihre Kollegen haben z.b den Tisch abgeräumt ohne Ton und überhaupt nicht gefragt ob man es mitnehmen kann.
Die Kommunikation war generell sehr einfach gehalten.
Check Out war auch schnell und unkompliziert und auch da legte man keinen Wert auf Kommunikation von dem Herren an der Rezeption. Es wurde noch nicht mal gefragt ob alles ok gewesen ist oder sonstiges.
Es hat definitiv alles noch viel Luft nach oben. Es fehlt so ein bisschen Leidenschaft und Herz in dem Hotel. Was sehr schade ist da es eigentlich wirklich ein schönes Hotel ist.

Vier Tage vor Ankunft wurden die bezahlten Zimmer storniert, obwohl diese zwei Monate zuvor gebucht wurden. Grund: Überbuchung des Hotels.
Geld wurde auch nicht zurückerstattet.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Leider waren Restaurant und Bar wegen Krankheit geschlossen. Tipp an das Hotel: An der Straßenseite ist das Hotel nicht mit dem Hotelnamen bezeichnet und bei der Anfahrt nicht als solches erkennbar.

The hotel was spotless clean, comfortable and extremely quite. The staff was professional and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was very good. The area around the hotel is beautiful, ideal for bike riders looking for hilly roads with stunning country side views. The little town where the hotel is in, is cute too.
