This hotel is so terrible,despite charging me for exorbitant charges for resort fees, valet and asked them to clean up my room,hotel front desk told me I need 24hr. notice.It sucks. This is the only hotel responded me like that in my 30 years of of EXPERIENCE.Never book on this hotel again and spread their actions to my friend family and public.

The Restaurant doesn't have special menu, just expensive. But, the scenery is pretty good. The pool is used only by kids. So, we wanted to use it, but we didn't. And, I felt it's for adults who drink alcohol. So I don't recommend young adults.

Loved the service they have there especially the 24h valet parking they offer. The first room I got was not really well as it feels very dusty, but they were very quick and offered a new room for me. I wanted a balcony and upgraded myself to it. One issue is the minor noise of some kind of engine at night especially when it’s quiet in the room. Definitely will be back to this hotel.

The service was very terrible when I looked on my checking paper it said balance I pay at the hotel is $46.00.But it was a different story when I checked in they told me I would have to put $100.00 deposit which I didn’t even get back my deposit.They double charge me 46.00 twice.This is one hotel the bed was dirty look like the bed wasn’t even made.The carpet was very dirty.No nice scenery.I will never recommend anyone to go to this hotel.They make it look amazing in the pictures but it’s not what you see on the pictures.

Stayed only the one night. Decent room size, basic room amenities, valet parking onsite. The air conditioning was too loud to have on overnight. Overall a pleasant stay.

Paint from the walls peeled off, service was so so, difficult to get the welcome drink as bartender was over stretched, many light flies where there during our stay unfortunately.

I was upgraded to an ocean view, so it was nice to see a very pretty rainbow, and they gave me cookies when I checked in, so I ate them as snacks during my stay. But they didn't fill the water and they didn't clean it every day. It was nice to be able to have as much coffee for free every morning when I went out to the lobby. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room, so it was very convenient. The bathroom actually had water on the floor and there was no answer. Very wet... It was a great location for going around the volcanic island, it was pretty because it had Smith Sea, and the banyan tree was pretty too! I recommend it
