This hotel is so terrible,despite charging me for exorbitant charges for resort fees, valet and asked them to clean up my room,hotel front desk told me I need 24hr. notice.It sucks. This is the only hotel responded me like that in my 30 years of of EXPERIENCE.Never book on this hotel again and spread their actions to my friend family and public.

Have a great stay at the hotel, nice view, close to the beach.

The Restaurant doesn't have special menu, just expensive. But, the scenery is pretty good. The pool is used only by kids. So, we wanted to use it, but we didn't. And, I felt it's for adults who drink alcohol. So I don't recommend young adults.

Loved the service they have there especially the 24h valet parking they offer. The first room I got was not really well as it feels very dusty, but they were very quick and offered a new room for me. I wanted a balcony and upgraded myself to it. One issue is the minor noise of some kind of engine at night especially when it’s quiet in the room. Definitely will be back to this hotel.

Not good experience at all.

The service was very terrible when I looked on my checking paper it said balance I pay at the hotel is $46.00.But it was a different story when I checked in they told me I would have to put $100.00 deposit which I didn’t even get back my deposit.They double charge me 46.00 twice.This is one hotel the bed was dirty look like the bed wasn’t even made.The carpet was very dirty.No nice scenery.I will never recommend anyone to go to this hotel.They make it look amazing in the pictures but it’s not what you see on the pictures.

Stayed only the one night. Decent room size, basic room amenities, valet parking onsite. The air conditioning was too loud to have on overnight. Overall a pleasant stay.

Paint from the walls peeled off, service was so so, difficult to get the welcome drink as bartender was over stretched, many light flies where there during our stay unfortunately.

Double charged my room fee, the limited services. Would not recommend at all. Front desk receptionist not very friendly and not at all want to help out.

So many ants in the room

The price/performance ratio is too low! There are ants in the room; the floor is slippery and unsafe; the window glass is covered with dirt; the outside of the building is also covered with dirt. The price is not commensurate with the brand. Not recommended.

The room is pretty average. When I walked in, I saw some strange protrusions on the bed, but overall it's OK. After all, there are no particularly good hotels in Hilo. If you just stay for one night, this hotel is still OK.

The hotel is located in the beautiful Hilo Bay, with beautiful scenery, birds singing and flowers blooming. It's a pity to waste such a good environment. Let me talk about the room first. When I checked in on the first day, I found a few long black hairs on the towel as soon as I entered the room! **** disgusting! Then I asked the hotel staff to change the towel, but the person took the dirty towel and never came back... Then let me talk about the room cleaning. My wife and I stayed for four nights, and the cleaning was only done once in five days! Then the hotel front desk told me that I needed to call the housekeeper every day to tell him that the room needed to be cleaned! Finally, let me talk about the bar on the G floor. There is no place to eat breakfast in this hotel. You can order some cakes and super sweet cookies at the bar next to the hotel reception. You can also go downstairs to the G floor to order some normal breakfast food. Then I ordered a croissant and a cup of Americano (more than 20🔪). Then I told the staff to put it on the room bill and give you a form to fill in the room number and a few percent tip. I thought you didn’t provide any service so I didn’t fill in the tip. As a result, I sat there for more than 10 or 20 minutes and the breakfast was not delivered. When I went over to ask, there was a bag on the side and a small cup of Americano was not filled... Is it because I didn’t tip? This kind of service is really disgusting! Okay, I’m done. This island is big and the scenery is beautiful. It’s worth coming, but I won’t stay in this hotel again! Too bad!
