The hotel stay is good, whenever i come pune, i shall stay in here

The interior decoration is relatively new, the internet speed is fast, the work is very convenient, the breakfast is rich, and the cappuccino is especially good! The service attitude is also very good! It's close to the road outside, so it's a bit noisy!

This was our second trip in a month.. Being a pet friendly property is such a plus. This time we visited to celebrate my mom's birthday on 30th October. As soon as you enter this property you get connected to a positive vibes. Then you get warmly welcomed with big smiles from everyone so you actually get a feeling of coming home .. The rooms are nice and big with huge windows for a lot of natural light to come in.. A very comfy bed and a cozy sofa.. And still lots of space to move around.. Now we come to the food.. They have one restaurant which serves delicious buffet breakfast as well as buffet lunch and dinner.. The buffet spread has a lovely mix of Indian and continental and Asian cuisine. And now we come to the USP of this hotel, it's Staff.. They are the main pillars to make this hotel one of the best hotels to stay at. Special mention to Moin, Riddhi, Geetanjali, Jatin and the entire front office team, Payal and Kishore from Housekeeping and Kajal, Lucy and the entire F&B team from the restaurant. All of them made sure that we and specially our cat Barfi felt comfortable and happy staying at your hotel. We will definitely be staying with you all everytime we visit Pune❤

Great experience....I celebrated my birthday here and the entire staff made it a memorable one...want to mention few of those sweet people names ...Chumki and Kajal! The food was also amazing ...tried something new - Ros omelette (omelette with chicken curry and pav) definitely a must try :)

This is a very good hotel with excellent breakfast! I like the wide variety of different foods. You can find here local and national, but international meals as well. Rooms are comfortable, equipped with TV and a small fridge. Internet connection is also fine!

Great and very clean room…very relaxing….awesome staff….especially Payal and Rin in housekeeping did a great job to make my room comfortable. Also the restaurant guys, chinmoy and Lucy are so customer centric that I enjoyed my stay very much

Stay at his property way exceeded my expectations. I was here for 7 nights on business and the hotel had everything covered. Room was very neat and clean, housekeeping by Payal was top notch. I do regular laundry as well and my clothes come back neatly ironed. Daily breakfast was also amazing. Few nights I had room service and the delivery was prompt and food was very good. I went with various international options and they tasted authentic. The hotel daily hotel to office transport was also great! Cars are comfortable and clean. Leaving in the morning is always on time. I will certainly be back for my future trips.

The hospitality is very good. The behaviour of the staff and cleaning staffs are very humble especially Sushil and Piyush. The room decor and space is upto the mark. The breakfast menu have varied options to choose from. Overall a decent property to stay for your business travel.

It was the best experience for a business meeting. It gives the ambience as well as the environment for the meeting. It has the best hall for meeting as well as discussion.The property is the best for Business meetings. The sevice as well as tha staff was very supportive.

Good staff specially Prathamesh. The room was well maintained. Everything was fresh. All amenities were provided as requested. And the staff was very responsive. Also Piyush and team has well decorated my room for special occasion. Will surely visit again.

Very good and prompt service from the entire staff, always with a smile. The rooms had a nice decor, were clean and spacious. Breakfast and Dinner spreads were well laid out and had a wide variety. We will definitely visit again given the opportunity.

Good hotel, good staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. They have a good spread during breakfast buffet including a live station. One caveat I had was they didn't seem to have any staff in the coffee/cocktail bar during the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again.

We chose to stay at Hyatt Place for our recent 1 day Pune trip. It's a decent stay option in a city location. No view as such because it is located in the city near Infopark. Good food and very friendly staff. Only minus is no kids pool and the pool does not have temperature control.

We stayed here for two nights during our recent road trip to Pune. Overall, the experience was good. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast options were decent, and the staff was friendly too. The only minor issue we faced was with parking our car; there was no self-parking slot available, so we had to depend on the valet service. However, we did not face any issues with the valet service; they were quite professional and helpful. Overall, it was a good stay.
