The room, shower, supplies, and service were very good. Shout out to Mahesh from 3F for the excellent housekeeping, and to Saurav Malik for helping send my items thru courier. The only bad things were the frequent power outages, which happen anytime of the day and night.

Great service. My server Abhijeet was very accommodating and professional. He was prompt in his service, very polite and courteous and kept checking on my requirements at regular intervals. Overall, it was a nice evening on the rooftop overlooking the city. Anyone who wants a quiet place to have a drink should definitely visit.

I would expect a lot of things from a 5 star. Have highlighted a few below: 1. Bathroom sink gets clogged 2. Shower area water clogging 3. Dinner wasn't that great in taste 4. Restaurant service was strange. Twice it happened that my order went to some other table and vice versa. 5. There was no reading light in the bed room of the suite room where I stayed so had to keep the main lights on all night So, all in all, a good hotel to stay in but it cannot be called a 5 star nor can it charge so much money.

Our stay in Vivanta Hinjewadi was a delight; a big part of that was the personal care and attention of the staff. Right from our arrival the staff was quite helpful and courteous, which helped us settle quickly and make the most of our stay in Pune. Another high point was the wholesome breakfast spread including a mix of local and global flavors.

It was a great experience. Room service by deepak and komal were superb. We got an early check-in as well, thanks to anshika at reception. Food at buzz was amazing with superior quality and taste. Overall great experience.

It was a wonderful stay for work. Kapil at the concierge was specifically very helpful and caring. Had a foot massage which was further relaxing. Was my first time at this property. Loved it though for a business trip, convenient location too.

Excellent ambience. Welcome drink offered the moment we entered was fascinating. Receptionists assistance to add membership is actually out of the way. Seasonal fruits kept in the room added to better experience. Variety offered in the dinner was fascinating however Vivanta must add fruits
