Extremely poor management and maintenance, water flowing from bathroom, no running hot water, totally terrible experience

My stay overall was nice & we are happy largely with everything particularly the staff is very good. The towel decoration on the bed by Dile Rajput in house keeping was a good surprise. My son was really excited to see that. Manisha at the restaurant was very prompt & helpful. Vinay & Sandhya on the front desk took all the effort to courier back my son's favorite shoes which he forgot at the hotel. The location of the property is also good with a big parking space. The food & the spread both for dinner & breakfast were really good...not only tasty but with less oil & masala. However with all these positives I do think a few things to work on - the bathroom sizes I found a little small, the mattresses were good but somehow didn't help to get a good sleep, ideally the tables should already be having water bottles, glasses & paper towels but we had to ask for it a couple of times. If they can take care of these things it will be great. I won't mind staying again if I get a chance in future. Hope this was helpful. Cheers!
