wir gönnen uns öfters mal einen Kurzurlaub in einem 5 Sterne-Wellnesshotel und können deshalb durchaus vergleichen. Dieses Hotel hat uns enttäuscht. Zunächst zu den positiven Eindrücken. Kinder schlafen kostenlos im Elterndoppelzimmer, es gibt ein tolles Kinderbuffet am Abend oder ein Kindermenü a la Carte. Bleiben wir beim Essen, für die “Nichtsüßen” gibt es keine Käseauswahl oder man ist bereit 12,50 € für einen Käseteller zu zahlen, ebenso wird das Alternativ-Schnitzel mit 13€ berechnet. Die Getränke sind ebenfalls sehr hochpreisig, egal ob es die 0,75 L Weinflasche ist, der Kinder Orangensaft 4,50€ kostet, das Bier oder der kleine Cappuccino shelf Service am Nachmittag für 5,90€. Das Salatbuffet ist sehr ansprechend, große Auswahl aber jeden Abend gleich. Keine Smarties für Kinder an einem Samstagabend. Es fehlen Mülleimer im Wellness-/ Poolbereich, es gibt keine Badetaschen und auch keine Bademäntel für Kinder (gab es sogar in einem 4-Sterne Haus). Auch fehlte uns ein Getränkeservice im Poolbereich, insgesamt spürten wir den Personalmangel ebenso im Restaurant. Die wenigen Kellner waren sehr bemüht jedoch überfordert, auf unserem Frühstückstisch stapelten sich Teller und Gläser. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig gestaltet auch der Holzboden ist sehr angenehm. Leider keine Klimaanlage, es wurde aber ein Ventilator gebracht. Auch keine Klimaanlage im Restaurant, soll wohl aber nachgerüstet werden bei einer umfangreichen Renovierung. WLAN gibt es nur im Haus nicht am Außenpool. Kein Wickeltisch in der Restauranttoilette.

Ich war begeistert von diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Ich bin mit meinem Hund angereist um meine Schwester dort zu besuchen. Das Personal ist einfach nur super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sauber und hat eine gute Auswahl an Aktivitäten. Das Frühstück ist super lecker.

5 * superior, aber es ist nicht stimming hier. Riesig, toll, modern, aber irgendwas feht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal schwierig, weil kaum deutsch gesprochen wird. Das Essen super, aber ohne Herz serviert. Die Preise haben 5* Niveau, der Rest leider nicht. Ich würde, wenn ich wieder nach hinterglemm fahre, lieber woanders gemütlicher und stimmiger wohnen - und gerne auch 4*.

Winter, Skifahren und ein tolles Hotel direkt an der Piste. Was will man mehr? Können das Alpine Palace nur empfehlen - beste Lage, traumhaftes Essen (6-Gang Abendmenü), wunderschöner Wellnessbereich. Spa-Treatments zum Träumen. Extrem freundliches und nicht aufdringliches Team. Wir kommen garantiert wieder -im Somme zum Mountainbike.

Dont ever visit this hotel. We forgot one bag that has money, after we went back to take take the bag the money was not there. They stole 2000 euros from the bag. The hotel did not help us at all . They said that they dont have cameras and they cant help us. The reception team were impolite, they treated us in a very bad way. They are awful. This hotel is a whole mess. They treated us in a horrible way. The service is horrible. The team is not welcoming at all. I went there with family for vacation. They ruined our vacation because they stole our money .

The hotel provides a 5*S services. Personnel is always available and service is at expected level. Breakfast is fine while dinner is not far from gourmet. We rated 4 instead of 5 because the hotel parking is not exactly close (if is raining or snowing is something uncomfortable to get the public parking where some parking spaces are reserved) and because at arrival we find a sink that did not work (it was repaired on the second day).

was macht ein 5 sterne hotel aus???? 🤔 der parkservice bei der ankunft? das edle ambiente in der lobby? und natürlich im GANZEN hotel? die fantastische innenarchitektur??? das geräumige zimmer? die perfekt geschmackvolle zimmerausstattung…? das grosse gemütliche bett? das edle bad? der grosse balkon?? der separate ankleideraum? die heinzelmann-artige zimmerreinigung??? oder doch das tolle essen…? oder der grosse pool? der luxuriöse spabereich? die tolle aussicht? die geniale lage mitten im ort mit kurzen wegen??? NÖ! 😜 das haben wir ja schliesslich ERWARTET! 😊 5sterne-perfekt macht den aufenthalt? die menschen! und ich sag mit absicht nicht „das personal“… jeder hier verhält sich wie ein GASTGEBER! von der supernetten aufmerksamen rezeption… bis zur genialen beratung an der bar… und dem tollen service im restaurant!!!! WOHLFÜHLATMOSPHÄRE PUR! 👍 empfehlung?: UNBEDINGT!!!! gönnt euch!!!! nicht ganz billig… aber jeden € wert! 😊

Think very carefully before booking this hotel. We had to cancel at short notice due to Covid tests, and have been refused any form of refund or voucher. We did not choose to cancel, we were legally unable to visit. Other hotels are far more accommodating and understanding, so probably a better idea to book with one of those.
