We were traveling for Christmas 2024, the hotel is very nice, friendly personnel, well maintained facilities, free underground parking, SPA, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, ski rent across the road, ski passes at the reception, individual ski lockers hotel is located 100m from base station of cabin lift. Everything was great including magic mountain views: Resort really takes care of you and have an outstanding service, for sure will plan to come back again.

The accommodation is new and modern and clean. It’s incredibly noisy though. If you are in one of the houses near the ski slopes you will be kept awake from the ski bar on the slopes. If you are at the other side you will be kept awake from people yelling in the pool. It could be good but the staff don’t care, no towels, no respecting other guests.

High-quality is everywhere in this hotel. Rooms are modern and have astonishing views. Cleanliness is top-notch. Food and choice is very good. Staff are efficient and unobtrusive. The cocktails were brilliant as was the Austrian wine. Summer brings the bees to the al fresco rooftop bar and makes drinks there uncomfortable, which was a great shame as it's the only thing I didn't appreciate. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Wir waren rundum zufreieden. Ob die Freundlichkeit des Rezeptionspersonals, die angenehme Athmosphäre im gesamten Hotel, die tolle Kinderbetreuung, die immer fröhlichen Kellner oder die überaus fleißigen Hausmeister und auch das Reinigungspersonal, alles war mehr als top und immer alle fröhlich und freundlich. Alles in allem kann man maximal kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge machen und nichts kritisieren.

Wir sind rundherum mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Essen in Buffetform sehr gut. Riesenauswahl. Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich. Der Aussenbereich auf der 5.Etage mit tollem Bergpanorama.

Wir wurden richtig verwöhnt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, gross und sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Essen war lecker, jeden Tag ein anderes Thema. Auch die Getränkeauswahl war lecker. Dass die Jokercard dabei ist, fanden wir super. So konnte man ganz einfach auf die Berge. Wir waren richtig begeistert, auch der Ort Hinterglemm ist einscannen Ferienort. Wir haben vor, wieder zu kommen.

Wie gesagt, zum 4. Mal in diesem Hotel Anfang Oktober zum Wandern und Biken. Alles ist so gut wie immer gewesen, es gibt absolut nichts zu meckern. Essen gut. Vom Frühstück über den Kuchen am Nachmittag und das Buffet am Abend. Bar, wie immer ein Besuch wert während dem Aufenthalt. Jeden Tag gibt es einen anderen Cocktail des Tages. Das Personal im gesamten Hotel ist äußerst freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Es ist schön in bekannte Gesichter zu blicken. Macht einfach weiter so, dann gibt es glaube ich nichts zu meckern.
