Sehr empfehlenswert für Hundefreunde
Das Gebäude hat schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel, es ist trotzdem hervorragend gepflegt
Der Besitzer leitet das Hotel professionell und mit viel Herzblut. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, fast wie in einer Familie.
Man sollte keine Angst vor Hunden haben, die sind im Hotel gern gesehene Gäste, es gibt sogar einen Hotelhund
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch, von Lachs bis Müsli ist alles da was das Herz begehrt, es gibt sogar an den Feiertagen frische Brötchen und Croisants.

Charming hotel for the whole family with large connecting rooms. The rooms have a lot of space plus chairs and sofa for outside guests. The friendly owners greeted every morning for breakfast and especially made sure the little man was happy with his menu and drinks. The pool and sauna were great amenities on one of the rainy days. Thanks you Herr & Frau Lehmann.

Points négatifs : Rapport-qualité prix trop élevé, tarif non justifié! Peut être 3 mais jamais 4 étoiles, pour les raisons qui suivent: - pas de réception...il faut sonner - hôtes peu accueillants des l'arrivée, pire encore... de mauvaise fois, aux propos plus que choquants lorsque nous commençons à le déranger un peu trop, nous accusent de faits dont nous ne sommes pas les auteurs, nous insultent de " kindergarten" ( jardin d'enfant"), devient carrément méchant si on ose lui répondre ! DEPLORABLE... ( à savoir que nous n'étions pas les seuls mécontents au vu des discussions houleuses venant du hall de l'hôtel). - paiement en espèce exclusivement ( pas étonnant qu'ils se soient 'soit disant' fait cambriolé pendant notre séjour) - qualité de literie laissant à désirer (matelas de lits médiocres et canapé lit catastrophique)...nous avons déjà pris rdv chez l'ostéo pour tout remettre en place. - pas de WiFi dans les chambres, un soupçon dans la salle à manger ( ou 'chambre froide', au vu de la température ambiante) - pas de restauration le midi, ni le soir - piscine très très froide - pas de peignoirs , même pour longs séjours... - restrictions de chauffage, froid dans les couloirs, et dans la salle à manger , et " si on a froid, il faut aller dans la chambre!" - garage payant ( 16€ la nuit) mais pas indiqué (il fallait lire sur internet) ! Et pas de négociation possible,... pire encore, le propriétaire nous bloque la sortie avec sa voiture, il faut sonner pour qu'il se déplace. - pas de lieu commun, pas d'ambiance - utilisation mini frigo payant. - vaisselle ébrechée - pression de la douche de la chambre faible Points positifs: - situation ( si on aime marcher) - propreté - petit déjeuner ( si on arrive les premiers !) - sauna ( quand il est allumé !) Séjour à oublier.

Accueil déplorable, nous avons été mal reçus. On nous accuse de dégradation dont nous ne sommes pas responsables, les enfants ne sont pas les bienvenus. Par ailleurs ici tout est vieillissant. Expérience à oublier.

Das Hotel hat eine wundervolle und einmalige Lage im Ort Hinterzarten. Beim Frühstück genießen die Gäste einen tollen Blick in die Natur des Hochschwarzwaldes. Wir fanden das Hotel schön und fast schon nostalgisch. Die Hoteliers sind sehr freundlich, zugewandt und verstehen ihr Handwerk noch, was immer seltener wird. Es hat nichts von Massenabfertigung, sondern es blieb immer Zeit für einen persönlichen Austausch und Tips für die Umgebung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Und die Umgebung bietet soviel Freizeitangebote und Wandermöglichkeiten. Der Ort ist ein vielfältiges Ferienparadies.
