The room is clean and divided into proportions. The bathroom is clean. The on-chain pond has a whirlpool which makes it relaxing. The sauna room was quite crowded. It might be a time when there are a lot of people coming in.

The receptionist who spoke in a local dialect left a good impression. The TV volume was a bit off, but overall it was fine.

It's a great men's capsule hotel. It's actually a bathhouse, with many people sleeping in the lobby. The sanitation situation is good. The key is that it is actually very quiet at night and everyone obeys the rules. I slept really well

It’s not cheap for Capsule, but the facilities and services are ideal, and the location is close to Hirosaki Castle. There is a parking lot downstairs, which is very convenient for self-driving tours~

I spent two nights here while backpacking around Japan with a rail pass. The staff was very helpful and the capsules were pretty comfortable. The lockers next to the capsule were a bit on the skinny side so I had to unpack some stuff from my backpack to squeeze it in. The pull down blind on the capsules have locks so you can leave some belongings on your bed while you visit the baths or find dinner in the neighborhood. The bath area is nice and hot though tile/grout needed some scrubbing. Be careful going into the sauna room as the door is short and easy to bump your head on if you stand up too soon after passing through. It was crazy hot so the wooden benches may burn your skin if you don't take one of the foam cushions in with you to sit on. The toiletries provided were of good quality, especially the razor. If you are staying more than one night, you can leave your luggage with the staff behind the counter while you go see the sights of Hirosaki. I hope to visit this city and hotel again someday.

Very Good

Since it is a simple lodging, it is a hassle to write your name and address in the register and pay for each day, even if you stay for several nights. If you are traveling alone, it is perfectly fine to stay at a capsule hotel, which is cheap. There are separate sleeping spaces above and below, and I thought that the voices and snoring of the people next to me would be more noisy, but it didn't bother me that much. It was a private room. It was small, though. But the upper beds are not suitable for elderly people. It is hard to climb up and I think it is dangerous to go down. The parking lot was 100 yen per day no matter how many hours you park. The sauna was nice and the hot springs were good. I went out drinking at night, and there were many bars. There was a highball all-you-can-drink shop just behind the hotel, so I could drink a lot for cheap. The tonpeiyaki at this shop was excellent. It was the best I have ever eaten. From here, it was about 30 minutes to get to the Shirakami-Sanchi, which was my destination, but there were restrictions during the period I went, so I couldn't go to Mother Tree. I only went as far as the visitor center just before. You can also get to Mother Tree from the hiking trail, but it's difficult and not suitable for families with children. It's also close to the Iwakisan trailhead. The standard route is to start from Iwakisan Shrine, but it's impossible for beginners. As it is a Shugendo trail, it was a steep climb. You can drive to the eighth station, so it's easier to go from there. Shirakami-Sanchi is a primeval beech forest that has been designated a World Heritage Site, but visually it doesn't look much different from a normal mountain.
